Yesterday forgot to post due to Fantasy draft hahaha. Hit up 15 min cardio warm up then biceps. Been tired but still pushing through.

Biceps

Standing alt db curls 40 lbs x 6,6,6,6

Cable high curls: 50 lbs x 10, 60 lns x 10,10,10

Preacher ez bar curls wide then close grip: 55 lbs x 8,8, 45 lbs x 8,8

Spider db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8

21's using 45 lb 4 sets
 
Today was extremely long and hot as heck in a gas mask for over 4 hrs. I was dead tired but sucked it up got a quick 3 hr energy shot and got with the brothers to hit chest. I outdid myself today. Some times we alone will push ourselves to a certain point, then there's the friend that comes over and pushes us even further. Yeah that was today lol. I usually use btw 75's and 80's on db flat bench. Nah today I handled the big boys!

Cardio 1.30 miles treadmill

Chest:

flat db bench press: 110 lbs x 6,8,10 PR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incline barbell presses: 205 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 6, 295 lbs x 3

cable fly's: 50 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 10,10

low cable flys: 40 lbs x 10,10, 50 lbs x 10,10 first time doing those not bad.
 
Nice job on the PR Pack!! Inclines aren't too shabby either. Holy cow.

Thank you guys!! I was really pumped hitting those 110s!! Took off yesterday I needed the rest with a busy work week, kids, and fantasy football drafts til 11 pm lol. Will hit gym later tonight!

Man, Auburn got off to a very slow start yesterday.

Then again, they played many games like that last year and still had all W's.
 
Thanks everyone!! I forgot to post Sundays legs workout with brother Mike. Josh had to go to his wifes practice game. She's getting ready to go too Orlando, FL. for womens 3 day softball torney. Anyway hit light leg day up and took rest day today!!

Legs:

seated leg ext: 150 lbs x 10,10,10,10

smith machine squats: 135 lbs x 10,10,10,10

leg presses: 4 plates x 10, x 10, 6 plates x 10,12

hamstring leg curl machine: 180 lbs x 10,10,10
 
Well I never done these til couple weeks ago, But it's seated and instead of leg ext your on a machine that your legs are up and you have to curl downwards. Weird motion but I can feel it for sure.
 
So far no, but my upper left shinsplint had been killing me for months. It hurts like hell on any major impact. Squats no pain, leg press none, but leg ext slight.

Today hit up back attack after work. I got to get back into cardio but having shoe issues til i can afford a new pair. My brooks beast finally gave out after two yrs. :( Felt good once I got to gym, just been so sleepy lately.

Today was good ole chest day lol. My fav day! Anyone wanta donate a pair of 10.5 2 or 4 e width running shoes lol let me know!!!!! Anyway felt good but my goodness i thought my wrist were gonna pop with them big arse 110's!!

Triceps

rope press downs: 100 lbs x 12,12,10,10

superset with

reverse cable bar curls: 110 lbs x 12,12,12,12

rope overhead ext: 80 lbs x 10,10,10,10

standing overhead ez bar skull crushers or ext what ever you call em i like no love! 35 lbs x 10,10,10,10

biceps:

standing ez bar curls: 65 lbs x 8,8,8,8

spider curls: 35 lbs x 10,10,10,10

concentration curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8,8

preacher machine curls: 80 lbs x 12, 10, 10, 10

super set of straight barbell curls with reverse barbell curls 45 lbs x 8,8,8,8 on both curls.

Thanks I was even despite feeling wierd. I felt the same way today. I just felt like all my energy sucked out, but yet still did decent workout.
