P5's Cut then Bulk w/LG

definitely like workin the grip to get ready for water skiing during the summer. I am feeling my lower back right now from those heavier BB rows, should be even worse tomorrow.

I used to slalom-ski ALLLLL the time! I moved on to wakeboarding, though. :)
 
Nice weights P, When I go real high on DB rows I'll start losing grip, I tend to stay away fromt he wraps though, you will see in time your grip strength will catch up and yo might not need them.. Keep it up man, :thumbsup:

I agree with this...^^^I thought about gettin wraps too but then LG33 talked me outta it and I ended up doing just fine.....:18:

Not the greatest workout, not sure why. I really wanted the 20 rep squats after my good progress for several weeks. Biggest problem is probably my diet: I am not eating between bf & lunch, just get so busy. I will be gone for a week, from 04/10-04/16 so I hope to come back refreshed and ready to EAT and lift.

Still feel exhausted after yesterday's leg w/o. Tomorrow is my favorite: chest/biceps because I can def see a difference. Today I didnt see much until I get to my shoulders then I get all pumped up.
