I'd like to make a few more comments on my experience with OEP so far. I'm currently cutting on a low carb diet, as I'm back helping train a friend in MMA and it's been some time since I've been in that type of shape. I didn't visually notice any fat loss until earlier this week, but it's like I just woke up one day and all of a sudden it was there. My shoulders are a bit more defined, I have more definition in my quads, and it's like I've lost a whole layer of fat over my ribcage, as they're clearly visible when I do a front double bicep for the first time ever. I've been keeping track of my arm / leg / chest / etc. measurements and they're staying the same, so it seems like I really am losing all fat in the right area and no lean mass. Despite being in a caloric deficit, my workouts have been going quite well, and I've actually been making some modest strength gains here and there. Today I decided to try a widowmaker on deadlifts for the first time and got 20 @ 185 with no problem. I also set a new PR on deadlifts of 285 for three reps. I wouldn't attribute the great workouts strictly to OEP, as I have TestoPro, HGHUp, and Prime in the mix to ensure I retain as much mass as possible and keep / increase strength, but I have to believe that dosing it preworkout is helping out.
