It is working pretty well. Having my GF living with me fulltime, well that is not helping the diet aspect too much but she is pretty tolerant... The problem is she keeps taking my Motivate and Black Cats!
Dude I know...just moved together with my girl (temporarily) and the diet thing is hard to manage. But she is becoming very tolerable. She was ok with me cooking 10 chicken breasts and a **** ton of brown rice to get me through the work week last night, and even this morning made my 5 eggs and turkey bacon for me. :sgrin:
As for the supps thing, she wanted to start taking fish oil, so she just picked up some Oximega from my last order.
Nice breakfast, I have the same thing pretty much. Turkey bacon = diet sanity!
Mine is finally taking a multi-v 5 days a week and fish oil is next on the list for her. She needs to get to eating 2+ times a day though. I don't know how women can not eat and act like its all ok. Then again, when you were on adderal for 5 years straight you tend to have bad habits to break, like her 500 calorie diet of sugar that she lived on. So much work to do to get her healthy.
Man I know how that is. Believe it or not I spent a year on adderall, and it turned my diet completely upside down. I had worked out prior and stopped, and quickly lost any gains I had during that period. It helped make work/attention better, but not at the risk of my health. I dropped the adderall and forced myself to perform on my own.

So I was on my own yesterday and originally I thought that would be a challenge, in hindsight I believe it actually helped. Here lies my first Warrior Workout without a spotter that I got all reps/weights on.

Workout:
Leg Extensions - 175x10, 255x8, 255x8 ds 215x8 ds 175x6 Legs were SMOKED!
Seated calf raises - 135x10x3 sets
Decline Bench - 155x10, 205x8, 205x8 ds 155x8 ds 135x8 I need to add 5-10 pounds, getting easy.
Decline cable cross - 3 sets of 10
Skull Crushers - 65x10, 85x8 ds 85x8 ds 65x8
Kick backs - 25x10x3 sets
Overhead Press - 95x10, 145x8, 145x8 ds 115x8 ds 95x8
Seated Rows - 100x10, 150x8, 150x8 ds 110x8 ds 80x7
Rear delt cables - 3 sets of 10
Hercules Curls - 8x10, 11x8, 11x8 ds 9x8 ds 8x8 (plates on cable machine)
Weight decline crunches with 35 plate - 15 reps/3 sets
Overhead cable rope cruches (if thats what they are called) - 3 sets
Finished with an Anabolic Pump then 3 scoops of Postal. Great workout, excellent pump and really happy I was able to move what I did with no spotter, especially on bench and overhead. :fing02:
