Goal: Put on [good] weight. I realized I'm in a situation where I'm not big enough to cut and my bf% isn't low enough to all out bulk. I'll just be slowly recomping. Hopefully OSTA can help out with this. So if I can get some muscle gain/bf% lost that would be excellent. I'll also take muscle gain while maintaining bf%.

Yah pretty curious about how this is going to pan out, my thoughts are that it will go quite well. IML has a pretty good reputation so I have no doubt the product is genuine.

3/day spaced out for 20mg of the compound.

I'll be posting my macros/training from today later tonight. Tub of bulk P Slin and my 2nd tub of Yellow Gold came in. Bring on the carbs :D
 
Are you staying with the recommended dosing for the entire run or had you planned on bumping it up after a little time on it?

You know, I'm gonna keep with the recommended dosing at least until end of week 4. I doubt I'll start feeling anything until around week 3. I may go up to 4-5 caps. Who knows.

Edit: Also, I dosed Bulk P Slin + Yellow Gold together for the first time earlier. DA PUMP is outstanding :D Anyone have a recommended dosing for this combo? I did 500mg P Slin and 750mg Yellow Gold. I feel like I may have dosed too much P Slin considering its only 21g. While it does seem to have worked epically, I was wondering if I could get by with using less?

I do want to say that it is not a week in yet but my muscles feel fuller, my boys are hanging low (and full), and the sex drive is buzzing.

Notes: Muscles are feeling fuller. Vascularity is seemingly up. Felt a little out of it Monday morning at the gym (probably my under eating on Sunday) but still managed a decent workout.
 
I'll be posting Tues-Thursday nutrition later this evening. My gym was closed Wednesday for what I'm figuring is remodeling (there were no mirrors in there on Monday). I'll be back in there tomorrow morning before work. I've been trying to up my protein intake to around 300g + ingest more BCAAs.

I noticed something in the gym today that could be OSTA Rx kicking in? I workout at an uptempo pace with minimal rest and typically I'll experience some heavy breathing at some point between squats, but today this was completely absent. I'm not sure what to describe this effect as other than increased cardio endurance?

Ey guys, went out of town Friday evening and didn't get back til yesterday. I'll have Friday/Monday training/nutrition up later this evening. Went out on the river with some friends and grilled some steaks (and veggies) all weekend while we watched playoff hockey.

It seems like I'm getting more oxygen or something to that affect.

During squats my endurance to keep going is great. I did a set of 20 rep squats on Friday and usually at about rep 15 the fatigue kicks in heavily but I kept going. Nice deep reps (not exactly ATG but close) and fluid motion.

I didn't fall short of my protein Friday I just didn't get a chance to take record of the food I ate when I went up state. Friend's birthday so we just got a ton of steaks for the weekend to cook out on the grill. Then grilled some cauliflower/brocolli mix on top, so damn good bros.

Today is Day 14. Here we go!
 
Are you taking The Osta Rx pre or post work out? Just curious ..I'm pretty much mirroring your trial of Osta Rx. i'm on day 12 and experienced what you stated on the earlier post about O2 levels .. strange . Do you feel that it makes you lethargic sometimes? not sure if it's the dopamine .But I'm also on the 16/8 LG plan where i'm fasting from 9pm till 12-1pm.

I'm not dosing pre workout, but rather right after workout. I workout at 6am with a pre-workout (craze) and BCAAs (recoverpro/modern). Then I get back and dose my Osta. I have been falling asleep in the middle of the day recently. Yesterday in class for instance, I was gone. I'm getting adequate sleep (8-10hrs). Maybe I need to sleep more?

Good to know I'm not crazy! This is exactly what I'm talking about. It's weird but I love it.
