this is really still being debated. most say if used during pct keep it low (around 10 - 20 mg) but after pct can be run higher but will be much more suppressive. personally I would keep it at 10 mg for pct but thats just me. It's really up to you just make sure you get bloodwork it would be a shame to do a full pct only to not bounce back because you used a high dose of ostarine

A supplement company can say whatever they want but i have seen blood work showing otherwise so until they show some of their own results from people who have ran their product I am going to use caution with this in pct. Luckily they are going to make each pill 10 mg so you can play with the dosing

we could run into FDA issues calling a SARM (Ostarine) a "dietary supplement", so adding in the other ingredients allows us to label and market Osta Rx as a dietary supplement, also the proprietary blend was designed to enhance the effects of the Ostarine.
