so what is your stample kind of workout during this recomp/cut? I've seen some changes during the whole "operation" but what is your regular range of sets x reps for this recomp/cut?
Btw, since you're on gear while using the two LG gh boosters their effects should be much more pronounced or felt faster than on someone off gear, so what are the main differences you've felt while using them?
