Ah! different-estered Deca. Gotcha.

You know, I've never been even remotely interested in giving Deca a shot (lol...pardon the pun). Not exactly sure why my earliest research turned me off to it, but it did.

Ed, you got, what, about 90-100 days left? I can see wanting to add something to the mix besides E, which is basically what ur running w/ provi now the orals are done, until you get back on var toward the end, yeah?

How bout some EQ? Chew on that if you're thinking of adding something. 12 weeks of Bold at 400-600 might be just the thing. Keeps things simple, little to no sides at all to speak of, and it'll affect more real nice, lean, quality gains. Only concern at all is you'll need to keep your diet in check, because the appetite is going to come on strong. But this is about as clean an addition as you can hope for, and would still be mighty effective.

I'm playing w/ the idea of a 12 week Test E/Bold cycle w/ Mast E and oral winny last 6, possibly for early next year. Won't have time for much but another 6 week run this year, I don't think.
 
I know I'm late to this Log...But in the beginning you said your diet is 4000 cals and 60% pro...So u really are taking in 600 grams of protein a day? Is that Corrrect?

No sorry i should edit that

Its 7 meals a day at 55g P each meal... On a weekly basis carbs are prob lower than 20% fats higher

Meal 1. 6.30
4 whole Omega 3 eggs 1 scoop Isopure

Meal 2. 9am
Pre WO
2 scoops isopure, 3/4 cup oats, i banana, 1 cup skim milk

Meal 3. 11am
Post WO
2 scoops isopure, 1/2 scoop waxymaize, 1/4 cup raisins, 1 banana

Meal 4. 12pm
1/2lb flank steak, cup of brocoli

Meal 5. 3.30
4 omega 3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites

Meal 6. 7pm
1/2lb salmon cup of cauliflower

Meal 7. 10.45pm
4 omega 3 eggs, 1 cup eggs whites

Its been working so ive stuck with it...

Ok just did the math adding in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cook and 8g CLA and 8g fish oil

4,245 Calories

When i reach desired bf% i will increase protein no higher than 460 (2g per LBM) so not much room there, ill be adding MCT's
 
I Love My Egggs 2...

I take down 160 grams Eggwhites (4 Egg Whites), and 50 Grams of Egg (1 Egg) with 1/2 oz american chz....Gotta Love Those Eggs..and for $1.49 a dz...Damnnnnn Cant Beat A Sore Dik

So now that your protein isnt 600 and instead like 400, You calories have also dropped by 800 cals...Im a lil worried, Id Sit down and work out ya diet bro

You can work out every day, but u dont eat right nothing will change.

so i stopped adding up the calories a long time ago. It just comes as 2nd nature at this point

So that was interesting to actually add em up, 4200 a day and i lost 2.95" on my waist in one month.... You could conclude my stack is rather Anabolic

At the end of that 30 day run i was also +5lbs which i believe to be mostly water. So lets say weight remained the same but lost 2.95" need a nutritionist to do the math but i reckon that prob adds up to about + 7-10lb of LBM

What do we think about adding NPP to my cycle?

more suited towards a bulk... would help with the joints.. but youve got lots of other options for that.. get a good joint support.. will cost less.. and less pinning ..
also how r those helios working.. any added fat loss since adding them in..im in pct now.. thinking about throwin some in.. ill prob just go straight clen tho..
have u thought of throwing in some low dose t3 for nutrient partioning and fat loss?

I can def feel it and i was running oral clen as high as 250mcg 6 weeks ago

Who photoshopped that girls nipple? LOL Dude forget about Deca, Nobody wants Deca D!ck. At least the regular ester, although it hleps the joints so does a healthy dose of cissus and fish oils. Yeah it helps grow and with Test it might combat the DD but I know enough people who have suffered it I wouldn't chance the curse of the half limp noodle.

i take plenty of fish oil and and Animal Flex

This drop in weight is crazy, 3lbs over night thats now 8lbs in 5 days. Checked Cals 4265 Mon, 4125 yesterday. Meals for Monday posted above. Only water would explain such a rapid loss but thats a lot of water and epi/tren (dry gainer) does not arimotize so water retention should have been minimal.

I am confused and a bit worried, i did have some hefy night sweats. The oral tren should have cleareds my sysytem, helios i guess.

Worst fear is bunk Test and im crashing yet libido still remains a 10

Gonna order some cissus today to add to my existing joint sups and hope that does the trick re joint disconfort

Edwitt, wife starting my gi diet to get me headed in the right direction. Then I showed her your post on your diet. It was read,click,read click hey whats this, I forgot about the boobs and butts pics. Anyway,next she starting to work on my diet on cycle, she suggested that you may want to look into restaurant supply stores in your area for egg whites, etc. July 1st,blood work and my cycle begins, until then I going to sit back and watch you get it done ! ! ! !
 
You may want to increase your water intake and check your BP 2x day.

Water i drink aprox 2 gallons

Think x2 a day is overkill mate

My doctor adivised x2 a week and i check 2-3 times as you can see from above post my BP is just fine and im on the Helios

I also monitor my core temperature and i wear a HR rate monitor whenever training

BP 130/78 and that was from yesterday

You know, I find it is beneficial to go back over the previous days posts each day, to catch up on whatever "fapdates" you may have added after posting.

That said....I think you just might dig this little ditty. At the advice of a very knowledgeable and trusted brudda, I've decided to extend my own cycle a few weeks. SO here's how I decided to do that:

Keeping this week and next (3-4) as planned (100mg prop/150mg mast EOD). But weeks 5 and 6 I'm going to add more of the same, only w/ longer-acting esters. 500mg test and 400 mast, both enanthate. Then weeks 7 and 8, the prop esters drop off and I kick it up to 750 test, 600 mast. Also, as of week 7 or 8 I'll be out of var, so for weeks 8-10 I picked up 50mg oral winny ED, which along w/ that mast, should leave me pretty damned dry-looking. Already it's been coming on nicely. And that'll extend this puppy to 8 weeks pinning, 10 total on!

I would just up the prop dose because the enanthate might take a bit to work in.

That's why I'm planning on starting it on my last 2 weeks of prop. By the time I drop the prop, I'll be 2 weeks in on enan, and that will have started to kick in. Should be pretty smooth, really.

Nope, never tried this myself, and the the experiment is really all my idea. I'm 3 weeks in, w/ 3 weeks prop to go, and already up 15lb. I'm not looking for a ton more mass off the test e, just keeping the levels up. The test in this cycle was meant as a base (as any cycle should have), but what I was going after was the effects of the mast combined w/ the var, and now, the winny those last 3 weeks. Pure cutting and shredding. And I've been really interested to trying mast as an enanthate, so why not run w/ test e alongside? I"m not averse to altering my cycle midway.

Remember, test E hits you in 2 weeks, not 4-6. You're talking about gains coming on in 4-6, which is another ballgame altogether. This is the very reason some choose to add a few weeks prop or pop dbols on the front of their test e cycles. By the time my test e kicks in, even though my bf is dropping, I'm likely to be up 20lb.

'Tis an experiment, my good man. And since I've already placed my order, let's just see how it goes. I'll keep you posted.

Im 99% sure i rebottled in NAC bottle and ive been taking them. My mate says at a guess they were prob Winny. This explains the sore joints and the water loss

Dumm **** i am so stopped yesterday and up 1.8lb overnight

Paranoia of bunk test put to rest.. I carbed up and hit the gym for 70 mins of dedicated back action

Happy to report i was strong as ****

whatever it was it was capped in white capsules and wouldnt you know it my NAC 600 are white caps :)

Not sure where you got that cause I have never had results that fast nor has anyone i know. 15 pounds in 3 weeks are you fukking serious? that's nuts and you know that isn't all muscle right. I would not recommend running enanthate for that short period but thats just me. Hope it works out for you, best of luck!

I have seen legit win in capsules. Don't worry about the scale man just about how you look and feel in the gym. the body is a complex thing and test can make your weight jump all over the place.

i was just being paranoid, libido still 10+ and stregnth still there :) prob was Winny, explains water loss and sore joints + the jump back in weight as soon as i discontinued

Anyways, Upwards and Onwards and thx once gain :)
 
These Helios are the bomb

I just did a 55 min run/walk at HR 130 absolutely amazing how much my HR is elevated it was a mere brisk walk to light jog and thats all that was necessary to stay in the zone

Well, I was VERY careful to specify in my previous post, the ester kicks in at 2 weeks, not the gains.

And as I said, I'm essentially adding that last bit of enan, to keep test in my blood while I enjoy those last couple weeks cutting on mast and winny, not to pack on more mass. On the contrary, I'm expecting I'll cut down some. The test is only a base, because I don't want to run those compounds w/ out it.

As to gains thus far, trust me, it's lean muscle. I know my body, this ain't my first rodeo. Plus, I'm on prop/mast/var and xtren the 1st 2 weeks. I'm not taking anything that would put any water on me whatsoever. Plus I'm dropping bf and showing more definition, vascularity and striations day by day.

Last one was 6 weeks base TD/proviron/var, and I gained 21lb and kept 16 after pct was all said and done. And last year I gained 18lb on a liquidrone/epi 6 weeker, and kept like 14, if I recall.

Suffice it to say, I'm not a hard gainer.

But I don't want to hijack Ed's thread on this discussion. I was just letting him know, as he and I've had some discussions going about our respective runs. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes once I'm in that phase.

Worked like a dream., I compained of low ibidi lethary etc At first he put me on Androderm patches so I went a long with that foe a couple of weeks and went back telling him they won't stay on they are embarassing, irritable, to expensive $360 a month. Told him ins didn't cover (not true) and id ldone some research and test cyp inj was the TRT of choice for most. My doctor is awesome, I quote him " Well at the end of ther its all about your happiness and well being"

Also I can now get blood work whenever I want, they have to monitor when on TRT. I'm scheduled for blood at the 8 weeks mark this cycle. Had blood dran pre cycle G2G

By the the patches I just ripped apart and applied the gel pre training to boost blood serum levels

whats your height and weight now and before you first did hormonals ? Thats insane to gain 45 pounds in what 2 years?
