Thank you Gents. Things are going smooth with the Blackstone Labs Products. So far I am impressed. Weight jumped up pretty quick but as I mentioned before I feel leaner thats all I can ask for right now.

Hope you all had a good Easter. As for me over all the weekend wasn't bad. Lots of activities. Little to no rest. And even brought work home from work cause I have been that busy. Finally got some supplements this weekend also. Just waiting for the Cobra 6p to show up so I can implement this into the supps. I am out of my Prime Nutrition products. So I guess its time to get some more of this as well.
 
More updates to come later tonight. I received my Cobra 6p fat burner by Blackstone Labs. I took two pills this morning around 9 am and won't be breaking my fast until 12-1. I am already sweating like I just finished a warm up pre workout. Sheesh. Hopefully this is a good sign. Side note bottle says 1-2 pills 20 minutes prior to eating.
 
Updates. So the diet has been clean and the training has been going well. I am in week 5 of 6 for the EPI Smash and I can say this you will get size fairly quickly As of this morning I was up to 13lbs since starting this cycle. Strength is up Now its time to start dropping the fat and tightening up. Would like for this to happen by Summer time. So we shall see. Taking the Cobra 6p man let me tell you this. I was so fricken thirsty all day and sweating my gosh.



Monday's Session:

Still adjusting the tempo on the Bench Press also. Finally get some grease to lubricate the pulley's and what not on my machine so we shall see if this helps.

Well this past weekend was fun and a workout a bit. Trained on Friday will post up that stuff later as I don't have it with me. But damn son for those of you who don't have horses or cattle. And have no idea how heavy 1000 lbs bales of round hay is. Sum Beatch. I went on Saturday after riding horses to get some hay. Didn't really think about how heavy it was until to guy with the forklift asked how are you going to get this off your truck. I said Going to push this off with my two hands. He said no way. I said come to the house and watch. HAHAHA. Well lets just say fug I am sore today still. Not only did I get it off the truck but had to push it to where it needed to go for the horses. Fugg what a workout.

As of this morning I am sitting tight at 255. Time for the cutting phase to kick in I will be ending EPI this week. Strength is up and Bulk is done. Thank god I feel like a cow. Not seeing much definition yet. But soon as the fat starts melting hopefully I will like what I see. If not. Well something else will take place.
 
Bails if hay is no joke! I used to bail them quite often, it's definitely a workout

No kidding. Not only getting it out of the back of the truck but then pushing it to the location it need to go then push that big beatch over. I was sweating big time and My goodness. Having to squat down and basically Dead lift it to get it moving forward and out of the truck bed was fun.
