Omega and T-Force help AE to the platform

As promised here is the 10 day review

I upped the dosage starting Sat. to 4 per day which is the max I will take.

My body weight decrease is still very consistent and is down to 207ish fully dressed. Working a long those lines, my strength has dipped, but not as much as I feared. When I was weigihng in close to 220 my incline was 315x5. Now it has dipped, but I am still doing considerably better than I thought.

I did not take new measurements yet, as I did not believe 10 days was going to give any sense of the supplement.

My mood has remained constant. Very even keel as always (my wife calls me the robot). Only change is more work related, which is normal the night before going back.

Sleep has been better, that has also been aided by 5mg of melatonin as needed and when needed.

Libido: This has been aided quite a bit. The funny thing is, I never thought I lacked in that department, and it is far worse. That is the one benefit to the night before going back to school :)

So far after 10 days I am pleased. Looking forward to seeing what the weeks ahead offer up

Nope dtrain, I am a hs history teacher.

Just got back from early am cardio. I think my digestive track will need to get used to being up so early.

Won't get back in again today as it is also my daughter's first day of public school.

Will be at the gym late today due to work, but will get in some chest
 
had about 35 minutes this afternoon for a workout. Glad this condensed schedule ends tomorrow.

Incline BP (8 sets) 300lbs 3 solid reps
Flat BP (6 sets) 305lbs 3 contest reps

That was all I had time for. I am truly trying to acclimate myself to the contest lifting style.

Amazingly, after working a long and boring day of school professional development and inservice nonsense, I had a lot of energy and a bit of pop

Really impressed that as my weight is dropping my strength has stayed where I am happy to see it
 
Shoulders

Went to the gym with the wife this am since my school is closed today. She never saw me do shoulders, and was impressed :) when a large guy there came over telling her how strong I was :)

Seated Press (8 sets) 225lbs 8 reps and 6 reps, 245lbs 4 reps
BTN Press (5 sets) 185lbs
BB Shrugs (5 sets) 275lbs
DB Shrugs (4 sets) 120lbs

Got a hell of a pump this am and felt great. Will go back for cardio sometime this afternoon.

I really am enjoying t-force, specifically for the libido aspect. I never fell behind in that area, but geez I am 16 again :)
 
Had a slight dilemma doing legs today. However started with the bike for 20 minutes.

Around 6 sets into squats my left knee began to hurt and buckled a bit. So I stopped on the spot. I was able to some calves and some arms. Add in my 8 year old nephew take a tree branch roughly 3-4 inches around and slamming me in the other knee and it was a stellar day

barn door is straight arm front pulldowns. I like the name barn doors as I always get a pump out of them in that particular region of the lats

got a real nice sweat, seems really humid today which certainly helped

It was going quite well for a while, however, my cat dictated the change for a bit. Additionally, since I get up so early, I fall asleep in a minute or two, however I only wake up once or twice a night.

sorry for the late update. Had a first as a parent tonight. This is my 6 1/2 year olds first year of public school (first grade) and we had back to school night tonight. It was very nice and sweet, but odd being on that side of things. Any who.....

Feeling great, strength has remained during the cut. Weight this am was 207lbs.

Log should be complete within the week as I have been at 4 per day for 10 days or so.

Major sweat going and felt very energetic surprisingly.

Final Review (9-16-09):
After my several weeks of t-force here are my thoughts

Strength
Even on a cut, my strength really exceeded my expectations. My weight dropped alittle during the course of the t-force run, however my strength slightly increased in particualr lifts, which is a plus

Pump
The pump was not really an overall issue at all. It was not something wehre I thought "wow, this is crazy". However, to me pump sort of works in line with strength. The stronger my workout the better the pump in essence.

Sides
The only side I saw was a slight increase in acne. Which is not an issue in my mind I am a high school teacher, so to me I fit right in :rofl:

Extras
The sexual part of this really was the true benefit. I have never had any real issue here, but this made me a walking animal in this regard. It got to the point where my wife actually wanted me to stop taking it. After 10 days here, watch the "f" out.

Final Thoughts
Would I buy again? Yes, and with the deal NP has run it is entirely worth it. I mean in reality, we all know we are not going to see PH gains from this, but for a natural product, and with fadogia starting to become more talked about, it is worth the run.
