Defintiely on the mend...

I was up 10 lbs on push press which was a bit of a surprise cuz I was up some reps too .. I also went up on pullovers but this is not a surprse to me as it had been a while for me and I underestimated my power on the this exercise...

All and all I pretty much crushed it... I was quite pleased with myself and my ability to push through this week.

I had some vision sides from S4, having difficulty adjusting to different light, like a stigmatism... very odd.

Carb up day and it will be a full 800 gram carb up so I will be like a stone tomorrow... I am getting pretty lean so small losses in fat look huge, I am excited to see how I look carbed up to the hilt, I hardened up so well last week and this is my first glimpse of the carbed me without the body hair....

Seratus is showing up very clearly on my front double bi so that puts me at 10% or maybe under... lets see what kind of miracles are in store for the next 2 weeks as the last week was miraculous in itself...might be what kept me going through my dificulties..

Still I wish I had a few more weeks, but lets hope I get in shooting range snd I will have my 3 extra weeks to a possible show day!!
 
Oh and I weigh 223.75 so under 10% and 223!! Damn I didn't hit 10% last year till I hit 205 ... Guess I kept a lot of my mass so far eh.. hehe .. Still going to need a tremendous effort to get 2-3% more loss in the next 2 weeks...
 
Ok nice carb up and I blowed up real good, it's 4am and I'm still a bit spilled over so I will be watching very closely the next six hours, but I am huge... probably close to 230 or even a bit over...

I started at 2:30 pm with 5 small baked potatoes

3 cups of pasta with Tomato sauce 5 pm
2 bagels
2 rolls

6pm 3 cups low fat frozen yogurt and smuckers chocolate sauce

8 pm 3 cups of cooked rolled oats with unsweetened jam, raisins and honey...

I would estimate about 700 grams carbs in all...less than a liter of water over the carb up..

I'll keep you posted, I don't anticipate any problems, I will wait to do cardio till around 10pm
 
Ok 8:48 and pretty much cleaned up now.. if it were contest day I would likely have a bit of Oatmeal right now but as it is not I will opt for an hour of fasted cardio. I maintained good size but next week I am going to start at noon and take in around 1000 grams just to see if that doesn't help me retain more size... I'm pretty pleased but nothings perfect....

Still a lot of work to do, man another couple hard weeks...

Now I am experiencing all over itching and unable to sleep much, must be some kind of allergy thing, going to the drug store for anti-histamines and Epson Salts... Ok that's the trifecta, no more please!!!
 
Oh after my fast I had a whole grapefruit and some steak and egg whites and the carbs from the grapefruit had me pretty volumized again, yah I am still hyper sensitive to carbs wow.... This means all I have to do to get my full volume back is take in some carbs. I think this is the S4 somehow... man it's pretty cool...this is the kind of sensitivity I need on a show day..
 
Whoa!! Epson salts took some water out of my skin damn, the vitamin E oil was like glue going on very sticky but it's a good product.

I am going to cease with the eviscerate for now as I am thinking it may be what is causing the itchiness...

I have heard of other people getting rashes etc from the Eviscerate..SJ
 
Their have been some difficulty adjusting to different light but it's not that bad and infrequent.

So how are you doing the S4? Are you doing 7 days a week and what dose? Getting ready to run it myself in a couple weeks and looking at what others are doing ..

Started with 50 and went up to 75 mg ed... I just started Osta today25 mg ed ... not slowing this train down, I'm playin for keeps. Incidentally, I have gotten very little shutdown from all the stuff I have been running and just androhard now so I started with a few test booster and see how it goes, If I have to I will add Tor when I am done the Androhard.

Things are really looking up, fat falling off me and I am retaining a lot of size. Just two weeks left .. pedal to the metal!!!

I will update my workout tomorrow...
 
Hammer came down in the gym yesterday, the air was putrid and I near barfed up a lung but I had decent power and good intensity...

After the ful body workout, I set a personal record on bar of death with 11 reps, didn't get shyte on the second set though lol

Finished smashing my core then to costco to pick up a pile of beef, egg whites and grapefruits, had to take a cab home so I did 60 minutes cardio when I get there.

Up at 4:15 30 minutes fasted cardio, more BCAA's and off to work 5k in a rain storm, it stopped halfway there though which was nice. Air is nice and clean now...

I still itch a bit and sleep was just ok last night.

From where I am standing it looks like I will hit my goal and be able to get down to where I was last year for the photos in 2 weeks maybe a bit leaner.. so this means I better start practising my routine for the show on May 14th cux it looks like a go!!! Then you'l really see ripped and about 208 lbs to boot!!

Thanks .. feels good, I just crossed the lone where I won't make a fool of myself I I had to take the pics today with 2 more weeks to improve on that and another 3 weeks to improve on that result, it was a miraculous weekend.

Excellent so the lovely wife agreed, I mean heck you have been competing for $2500 this whole time, the stress of competitions won't be a problem so it should go well for you. Good luck! his time get the routine on video we all missed out on it last time.

It does't matter that some one is old or young, it totally depend upon the commitment of the concerning person and willingness of that person... I appreciate the effort of this old man...

They should be pretty good, I am thinking better than last year because I am much bigger and should be around as lean for the pics...

Up at 4:15 slept ok 6-7 hours, still damn itchy at night though, damn! AM cardio went ok and 5k walk was better as the weather was good and I was able to pick up the pace...

Big night tonight at the gym lots of heavier lifting, should be able to push pretty good but I will be cautious as I am starting to get lean and don't have the same power even though my strength goes up on more isolated movements.
 
Man I have to think of a new diet plan if I am going to go all the way to the stage on the 14th of may. I have sort have worn this one out. I may just go back to fish and milk fed veal with a yam at lunch and some fibrous vegtables. I could keep the egg whites too... Have to pick up some Hydrolysate too..

What is making you itchy?
 
I don't know, at first I thought it might be the hair removal cream but that would have subsided by now and I used it dozens of times before.

Take some Benadryl and use some hydrocortisone on the area. :thumbsup:
 
Yah I am taking reactine, yah hydorcortisone that's the stuff that freezes the top layer of you're skin right.

It is just a topical cortico steroid to stop inflammation of the irritated areas of your skin. The depilitory could easily be aggravating it. Even up to a week or two later. My skin is very sensitive to things like that. I will actually get blisters over the course of a week or two where the toxins work their way back out of my skin. Could be dry or chapped as well so maybe extra lotion. If you have any more of that vitamin E oil that may also help as well as help tightening the skin a bit. Did you ever get any of the NTBM Thiomucase, that stuff is supposed to be gold regarding a temporary skin tightening effect.

Hydrocortisone cream? I'm almost certain you can find that. It's in every drug store/wal-mart/walgreens around here.
 
And in Canada I think bulking would be quite easy.....
