Yah it's really starting to kick in, you know people keep commenting on how much weight I've lost but I have only lost 13 lbs... Looks like 225 and somewhere around 10% is where I'll end up. I'll try to push lower but time is really a factor and it's hard for me to predict with so many unknown elements in my regime when id comes to prepping.

Indeed .. as for myself I noticed quite a bit of loss this morning after yesterday's carb up... What happens is when I get deflated I don't realize sometimes how much I've lost cuz flaccid muscle can look like fat. A carb up changes all that.
 
Man tough weekend...

So there was just too much ice on Friday to walk anywhere so I made it up by doing 1 hour on Saturday and 45 minutes on Sunday with my eliptical... I only walked one way on Sunday as I had to drop my daughter off at the train station. So I guess I'll have to make that up somehow this week as well...

To top it all off I got a infection in my gums and it hurts like hell so it's hard to eat. Vegtables are out so I will revert to a very low carb regime, about 60 - 80 grams ed.. this will make my carb ups more effective.

I still pretty much killed it yesterday but I was short of breath... I'm lucky I could get it done at all...

I was really sucking wind but I was so pissed at my circumstance that I powered through... as if to say fug U!!!

So dietary changes are not as many vegtables during the day 2 cups of brocolli with lunch... and half rations on oats and no starches at lunch whatsoever.. so no more black beans... dinner is about the same a cup of rice or a small yam...
 
What are lat shrugs? I've seen you do them pretty often, but not sure what they are.

Sucks to hear about your infection. Hope that gets cleared up quickly. Any kind of injury/ailment makes you appreciate how good you've got it when you're healthy (and dread getting sick or injured)!!!

Lat shrugs are weighted you simply grab the chinup bar with as much weight around your waist as you can handle and use a close overhand grip (hands touching) Hang there and shrug up with your lats. These are the ultimate finishers and will make you as wide as a truck.
 
Not too much to report, still have the problem with my gums ... swelling is down.

I was definitely looking a little leaner this morning but definitely not smaller which is pretty good seeing how depleted I must be with so little carbs.
 
Sorry to hear about the Gums. Hope you get some better weather soon! Keep on killing it, been really busy so hard to get on much right now.

Yah it's getting to be a real grind... the weather is looking better and the infection is going down. I just have to make it to the weekend and I'll be able to get some more rest.

Have been busy with courses and stuff so that has not helped either.

It's been kind of hard to focus on what the improvements are but I have seen some loss. It's different when you are losing just fat, your weight does not go down as fast and the clothes don't get loose as fast. It kind makes you second guess but then I'm on like 2200 cals a day. I have to be losing fat...

You are pretty adept at setting up your diet Doug so I will assume as well you are losing fat. Like Chris, when I am on lower cals I have to move all my carbs to around my workout or I can't maintain the fat burning window I am going for. How is this new schematic set up?

I have a small amount of morning carbs like 30 grams and the only other carbs I have are after my workout about 40-50 grams or on nwd's at 5pm..

The only changes is less vegtables and half rations on mornng Oats... oh and no black beans at lunch...

I forgot to take my morning dose of AH and Turinbol this morning damn!! So much going on and hard to remember stuff...

Haven't noticed anything from the DES, it's been about a week now I guess, probably too early...

S4 and Adarine still hasn't arrived, oh I started taking shiift this morning...

The diet is rock solid has been all the time. The thing that makes things weird is the anabolics... I'm sure things will be ok it's just so strange, I would normally be dropping 2-3 lbs per week. I did finally lose a pound last week.

I'm guessing the mirror is telling a better story than the scale is. I'm sure you are adding muscle from the anabolics while dropping the fat from your diet.

I normally would have been 10 lbs lighter at this point in time. I'm not going to lose sleep over it, I can only do what I know how to do.
 
Complete anhilation last night more sets and more weight across the board....

Quads Leg press 4X8 630
ss Leg extension drop 2 4X8 155/140/125

Hamstrings Leg Curl drop 2 4X8 135/105/90

Calves Stainding Calf drop 2 4X8 240/200/160

Finished with some very heavy ab work including.... bar of death!! I am pretty much back on these now good control good range.

I've heard of some guys who actually "grow" into their cut before contests. They actually weigh more but with less bodyfat.

now this is what I been waiting to see!!!

Started with 3 medium potatoes and then 3 cups of Pasta Added in a few bagels during the evening. For a real treat I had 4 cups of frozen yogurt and some chocolate sauce whooo hooo!!! Then finished with 3 cups of cooked rice and some General Tao sauce around 10:00 pm ...

I end up looking great the next morning!! I am seriously considering this scenario for contest. Only a few adjustments need to be made. A little less water intake and no salt add in some potassium and I'd be set. I can't for the life of me figure out why someone would take 2 or 3 days to carb up. :think:
 
Smashed it again on Sunday with some increases!! Oh and I am really starting to see the leaning effect now. I knew that the diet would not let me down I am just getting bigger and leaner at the same time.. gotta love it!!

I scheduled hair removal with the wife, it's going to be messy this time, I've left it all winter. I'll have to do some trimming before I apply the cream. Once it's done it will be easy to maintain.

That is pretty much how EPI affects my libido too. The first couple weeks I'm chasing the old lady around then it starts tapering down to the point that its pretty low by the end
 
Ok so... I am pretty trashed but I did manage to completely thrash my shoulders and arms last night... I was up on all weights with arms and out in 40 minutes...

I am with you Doug, my body just said enough with the DS. PCT is still pretty ridiculous, it is definitely a DW approved stack :).
