Today's Diet

9am .5 cups oats
2 scoop protein
fish oil 3 grams
1 tbspn peanut butter

12pm 2 pieces ezekiel bread
2 cans tuna
1 cups cottage cheese

3pm 3 boiled eggs

5pm 12 oz fish cooked
1.5 cups rice
2 cup brocolli
3 grams fish oil


8pm Vector bar
6 cups popcorn
 
Oh and went to full dosing of OEP and AT-2 today am 1 OEP 2 AT-2 am 2 OEP 1 AT-2...
 
I need to come up with a good refeed plan. I am thinking high carb, low fat not to junky to last from Friday at 5pm to noon Saturday. I will be mulling it over but will be open to suggestions.
 
Ok just about got the refeed figured Meal 1 6pm Friday Pasta meal light tomato sauce or some kind of rice dish.. low fat of course..

Meal 2 9pm 1-1.5 cup of oats with Protein and honey...

Meal 3 pancakes Syrup

Meal 4 more oats likely unless I think of something else...

Meal 5 still considering. it... that should about do it back to eating normally by late Saturday afternoon...
 
Good day yesterday down to 10 reps now but weight felt at bit heavy. Morning workouts aren't really my thing... that aside I think I will maintain good power throughout this cut. My form was immaculate and the weight was pretty light at I just started with the 10 reps and HST is progressive, I am able to really work the muscle contraction.

Dosing AT-2 and OEP full dosing now and I am noticing a lot of changes in my midsection. Could this be the break I have been looking for ... only time will tell, diet is spot on..

I read your diets Doug and I realize that my weekends are going to be the death of me. Time to tighten this ship up, I can't have you pulling out ahead of me already :).
 
I can't see how that would be possible but these fat loss aids seem to be pretty good.

More power to ya D-dubja. I hope I don't overcut this time and end up 188lbs with no abs still, just "smaller." I'm pretty sure I was over-dieting the last time I cut and all the times before that I over-cardio'd, but I'll try to keep an eye on my obsessive nature this time around.

Yah it can be tricky, I just don't think you can get too much Protein in when I a calorie deficit. I am keeping it over 300 grams no matter what this time. I did some experimenting and It's true I don't need that much on recomp or when I am just maintaining cutting is completely different though.

I have to pick up some clomid for PCT I guess, it will be low dosed cuz I will be using TRS, Testpro, Phytoserms and Ostarine.. oh and Erase and I have some Fadogia as well... I may keep on cutting if I don't get right down.

Has anybody every used Melanton II for tanning purposes, how well does it work and are there potential sides...

I also have 2.5 bottles of Eviscerate and want to add in some Clen, any advice welcome about that as well...

What is your diet schematic Sam? Have you read about the UD2.0 at all? It is geared towards fat loss with little to know muscle loss as the refeeds work against catabolism. I need to look back and see if you have any craziness planned for this supp wise, that may amplify the results ;).

I read through that as well... I took what I could from it but there was some workout stuff that didn't meet with my schedule or plans..

Your libido plus Melotanin II will be ridiculous Doug! It has a tendency to give you the crazy random steel pole that won't go away easily I have read, many say the libido increase is almost too much. I can't speak for the tanning aspect though, the last log I read on it the guy was banned. Anyways, did I read you are looking into clen, once you cross the darkside man you jumped right in!

Clen for the eviscerate as a trans dermal I would never take it orally or inject it.

High libido eh, yah not a good idea if I want to stay married. :lmao:

For this month I'm just establishing the 6 meals a day discipline. No simple carbs, though I still allow some complex carbs, brown rice, oats.....

I do have some goodies up my sleeve, but I haven't listed them in my log :cool2:

Yah keep the complex carbs and only lower them as you need to... due to the shorter time period I will have to anticipate and act rather than react but my experience will help me with that. You can afford to react because there should be just enough time for you.

That's what I intend to do. Before I even start to progressively eliminate the complex carbs, I'm going to go with nutrient partitioners for a little while, then I'll cut out the kcals from the complex as needed.

Also, I need to keep my protein as high as you or close to it, because that's probably been my biggest issue with over-cutting, the protein wasn't high enough.

I'm glad to see you 2 coming around with regards to protein intake. You have to keep the protein very high when dieting.

I really think a guy DW's size needs about 350 grams of protein daily.

I like 400 grams daily myself.

Yah that's about right for me I think. I have been as high as 400 on a cut...

yah a tad leaner this time and much bigger. Time is my main concern like I have said but that can be dealt with by going all out till the end...

As far as cardio is concerned, I am walking about 60 k a week at a fast pace so I don't feel the need to add any unless I miss a walk or 2... I may add in some short intensive sessions as time goes on. Probably fasted am ...

Currently taking Recoverpro 2 scoops am 2 pre workout 3 during and 2 post. That's 42 grams BCAA's during workouts and 12 ed before cardio or my walk...

I do like seeing the higher protein during a cut. I am also a firm believer that a healthy amount of fat is very effective in limiting catabolism. I know I lose less muscle dieting lower carb, higher fat than I do low fat, high carb. The blood sugar getting high and low without fat as a buffer just causes a lot of cortisol release. The body should always be efficient at burning fat for energy so that it limits that "emergency release" of cortisol when blood sugar drops and it isn't used to burning fat causing a stress event. I think with the American Diet as written I am getting in about my normal which is 40% Protein, 25% carbs and 35% fat. Leaves me feeling good and athleteic performance is still high.

I am usually around 55 35 20 P/C/F, refeeds are the only time I try to keep the fats really low due to increase in insulin. Fat is calorie dense for it's harder to work into your diet. I don't sweat going over 20 if my carbs are low though...

This is why I've got my cortisol base covered this time. I'm dosing 15-20g fish oil and 3g Sesamin oil daily, along with Endoamp, ERASE, Phyto-Test and T911. I think I dipped dangerously into the cortisol salsa bowl the last time I cut. I didn't consider that aspect at all, so now I'll have some form of cort control throughout my cut, bar-none.
