Which reminds me, I may have some pics up of Monica, she is driving to get ready for photo time. Nothing to racy I asume but she's a pretty woman so they will be pleasant. Ericka I have to get done soon as she is going to Mexico for a few months.

In for the pics and 100% support that stack you mentioned DW. I am hoping they make an option that has PES Shift in place of AT-2, that much Alpha-Y and I don't always get along. Erase is, how shall I say this, nothing short of amazing in how effective it is. If I could I would run 1-2 caps all the time.

Everything is looking good so far. I am sorry on the S1 I thought was a typo at first because I did it when typing earlier. I need to read up on S1 then. I am not familiar with it and assuming is another SARM?

You know I kind of thought that might be the case... S1 is Ostarine which is a better bulker but good for getting lean as well. I will peak for this contest on S4 then Ostra will be my PCT product.

For the record, I'll be a happy SOB if I am anywhere close to your shape at 52:)

Just stay in the game and you'll probably be in better shape...
 
Started with BCAA's this morning have some Recoverpro left and then I will likely crack the seal on my Usplabs stash...

Really liked what I saw in the mirror this morning some separation in my chest and a much more solid leaner look. More along the lines of what I saw when on cycle.

Not Tha Stash. You've had some USPLabs stacks in your past that would make Rockafeller blush. Speaking of USPLabs, I need to get more Modern BCAA's. I don't think I've been off it since its release.

yah I will be into my stash of modern BCAA's soon. I was talking to snag when I first picked them up and he seemed to feel they could be used more sparingly than normal BCAA's, I am thinking 10 grams am then 10 pre 10 during and 10 post.

DAMN!!! That's a lot of BCAA's to spare. I can only afford to do it intra. I'm running out of the flavored ones and I've only got a tub of unflavored left and ugh..... not a pleasant experience. I got the flavored one free during their promotional release.

I don't know where he's gotten to, I asked about him over on the USP board but did not hear anything. One of the sponsors here said he was back but not with USP but I have not been able to locate him...

Yah I have the unflavored as well with the promotion. I will use it with the post workout in my shake...

Here is what I was talking about for Modern BCAA usage

current bf 10% or less: bodyweight x .14g
current bf between 10-20%: bw x .10g
current bf 20%+: bw x .08g

so that's 24 grams duing workouts for me and maybe 8 grams every morning with some AP ... the leaner you get the more reason to increase dosage ratio...

Says Snags is retired over there....

I don't recall, but it was his picture and the first portion of the name was Snag----43123 or some arrangement of digits (to my best recollection).

Ok that name is no longer here cuz I checked for anything startng with Snag...

7am 12 grams BCAA's

8am 3/4 cups muesli
2 scoop protein
fish oil 3 grams

10am 2 boiled eggs

12pm 2 cans tuna
2 cups brocolli
1 cup cottage cheese
3 grams fish oil

230pm 2 boiled eggs

330pm 1 Pear
12 grams BCAA's

430pm Workout 18 grams BCAA's

530pm 2 scoops protein with 12 grams BCAA's

7pm 6 oz of cooked chicken
1.5 cups rice
2 cups brocolli

9pm 2 scoop protein

Phytoserms + Swole ... Holy fug!! libido is so crazy rage is defintiely up but in control do to...

Alls I am saying is give phyto a chance... Swole is rock solid but defiitely feeling a boost from phyto (based on past experience)

Erease estrogen is under control and some cort blocking going down like I mentioned earlier...

Prime PM increased vascularity harder look if I was leaner the extra vascularity might mean something....

I got the same mysterious message that oufinny got. Last week, if I recall. It was a private message. But before I could reply.......it disappeared!! Weird indeed.
Maybe he had a change of heart about returning. :dunno:

Snags was a great guy. Really knew his training and nutrition. Plus, always good for a laugh. Very intelligent guy.

Yoo hoo!! was happy to have some extra power last night an I cruised through on Tuesday I failed on my second set of 110 on push press .. got 14 and last night I was able to push 115 for both sets of 15. I had a lot better conditioning as well. I love kickin ass!!

Weighed in at 240 last night that's 7 lbs in 12 days which is pretty normal...

I will be able to lose another 30, you can bank on that but my stage weight would be between 200 and 205 and I will not be able to get that low. So unless there are some miracles with the supps you guys won't have to face me fully cut. I wonder what will happen on my cylcle, those compounds are supposed to be good for cutting. It's out of my hands, will have to watch and wait....

Its pretty damn amazing that you can drop weight like that. Very impressive man:)

Ok my trainee Monica is going to be trimming down for spring and will bet some photos done with me at the end of April.. So I put some b4 pics of her up under mine in the first post. I know I have been talking about the girls for years, time we put a face to it. I am trying to get some of Erica but she is kind of shy.
 
Guys I was looking at last years before pics and at 233 down to 197 I should have been much leaner. Something went wrong, I don't think my protein was high enough. I have been kicking myself cuz I thought I underestimated the weight I had to lose when in fact I did not. Too much of it was muscle. That's all I have to say about that.

Not a lot of action going on right now, but I still get a lot out of your logs. Much wisdom in those gray hairs, you old fugger. After seeing the starting pics I'm impatient to see the end results lol..
