yea one was taken the other was available, so i figured ahh just go with 105s and add a rep each set, technically that might be PRs 6 reps but i wasnt counting itthe 110's were taken? I HATE when that happens

Lol, I've never seen a life guard as ripped and buff as you are, that's for sure. From what I've seen, they tend to be pretty small all the way around with some little abs peaking through.would i win the cutest lifeguard on beach award? if coming from you id be honored

beyond happy pressing 315 first time i recall ever trying that weight, felt lighter then my warmup with 225 go figure, pumped out 2 on my own spotter was really close then started helping on 3 and 4 without my go ahead so i just said screw it and did as many as i could before coming close to failure, this is a HUGE HUGE PR, last time i set a weight increase PR on bench was like 5-7 years ago at 275x1
