NTBM Need2slin log

Thanks for the support bro,today was not the way I wanted but still did ligth reps!!tomorrow is shoulders,and will be a lot better bro!!
 
I love shoulder day, its the one day where i truely shine and leave my lifting partner in the DUST that and back day haha!

Then 80 lbs smith machine up right rows 10 reps 3 sets,,...then 50 reps of dumbell presess (45lbs e/hand) for 50 reps,(20 reps,20 secs, rest..20reps,and then 10)....bent over lateral raises 12 reps 3 sets with 35lbs on each hand,dumbell front raises 12 reps ,3 sets with 20 lbs on each hand;lateral raises 15 reps ,3 sets with 15 lbs dumbells,and then 3 sets of 20 reps with 75 lbs,and finally 30 minutes cardio on the stair stepper..Recovery 1 cap of Need2slin then 20 minutes later my whey shake with milk and a banana,felt good tonight!!!

Damn you were a mad man in there tonight! Awesome workout, glad to see today was better than your leg day. On those bent over rear lateral raises you are leading the DB outwards with your pinky right? I did those wrong for so long and often see people doing them wrong so i just figured id ask :wave2:.

:smashfreakB:I started my morning with 2 caps of Need2slin and 30 minutes later 1 cup of oatmeal,wih 1 banana,1 cup f milk,pecans,and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, 2 hours later 3 scramble eggs with broccoli,1 hour later 2 scoops of asgt pre workout and have a great back and triceps workout,tomorrow i will measure my bf% to see where i stand on this log review...
 
After my protein shake ,i will cook a 12oz sirloin steak,ranchero beans and half and avocado my body is asking for it!!!!
 
I just got back from my gym ,and did a full body work out,abs and 30 minutes cardio felt really well ,but I measure my bf% and was up a bit from last week WTF!!
 
:17:It was 20.5% that is a gain of 1 % of body fat,I am going to adjust my diet again to see if improves,first ditch the natural peanut butter,and see if helps ,I do not want to go on a calorie deficit but well see lets weekend ,and adjust more if needed>>>>
 
On added note since NTBM have a great sale I order forged joint repair and Onslaught cinnamon bun flavor ,hope to this will help on my goal!!

I think your over thinking the concept of loosing bodyfat. Training has little to do with loosing BF %. The key is diet and cardio when loosing BF%`
 
:147:You are right,another reason I change my routine is because a hit a plateu on my major lift,and when that happen i throw this routine for only 4 weeks and then I go back to strenght training and past those numbers,anyway Iam following your advise on my diet thanks for your support!!!^^^^
 
Well came back from my workout and got me 1 cap of Need2slin then 25 minutes latr my Onslaught protei with low fat mik to make up to around 36 grams of carbs and the flavor is GREAT!!tHE PROFILE IS GOOD!!
 
My legs workout was good ,I got some trouble 2 weeks ago ,but I could feel the recovery today!!my legs did not felt any pain !!

I got the day off yesterday but today I superset chest workout,then 10 minutes HIIT cardio,then shoulders superset,with 10 minutes hiit cardio,then Triceps superset w-out and 10 minutes cardio ,felt great ,came back got my Need2slin and then my ONSLAUGHT ,FELT great ,tomorrow will be legs!!!
 
Got my legs workout and felt grest ,I am at 95% of my recovery and was able to max out on my leg press at 700lbs ,feeling pump today!!!

What's your reasoning on during the HIIT during your workout? I personally would not do it. Keep your work outs focusing on building muscle THEN keep cardio focusing on fat burning.

It is easy to get impatient. But at the rate your doing this routine, you are putting yourself in a catabolic state.

You are problably right!!is just that is easy for me to put on fat,I been down a few pounds before but my bf% has been the same for almost a year now,now at 218lbs and same bf% means that i put in some muscle ,but sadly my bf has not go under 19%,i still trying ,I am not a quitter for sure!!:34:

Im super late but Im still here. Dont stop till u reach ur goal man. Then kill ur goal and push for more!
