:stickp4:Great work out today!!Hammer strenght barbell press 100lbs 10 rps....]160lbs 8 reps.......200lbs 6reps....220lbs 4 reps PR!!! Then 80 lbs smith machine up right rows 10 reps 3 sets,,...then 50 reps of dumbell presess (45lbs e/hand) for 50 reps,(20 reps,20 secs, rest..20reps,and then 10)....bent over lateral raises 12 reps 3 sets with 35lbs on each hand,dumbell front raises 12 reps ,3 sets with 20 lbs on each hand;lateral raises 15 reps ,3 sets with 15 lbs dumbells,and then 3 sets of 20 reps with 75 lbs,and finally 30 minutes cardio on the stair stepper..Recovery 1 cap of Need2slin then 20 minutes later my whey shake with milk and a banana,felt good tonight!!!
You are right!! I use to do that but someone there fix me up,thanks for that point anyway bro!!
After my protein shake ,i will cook a 12oz sirloin steak,ranchero beans and half and avocado my body is asking for it!!!!

:bling:i KILLED this workout and cameback to get Need2slin and then 25 minutes later my Onslaught protein and feel goof ,the report on my workout is that I was able to see ALL my vains of my arms pop out!!,is my second week on it (Need2slin)and vascularity is incresing!!!
:numbered:Tomorrow morning before I start my Workout ,i will measure my bf%,I am doing the back,biceps and abs with hiit in between workout ,all super set ,hope to have a less bf%,I change my diet,hoping for a better result!!
What's your reasoning on during the HIIT during your workout? I personally would not do it. Keep your work outs focusing on building muscle THEN keep cardio focusing on fat burning.
It is easy to get impatient. But at the rate your doing this routine, you are putting yourself in a catabolic state.
