That's when you bring in the space heater! I'd definitely go with the garage as well, nothing screams good workout like dungeon atmosphere and loud music.
For sure. I don't think a space heater is gonna cut the mustard if cold, really all I need to to is take the bar inside over night. Something about wrapping your hands around a freezing bar that just makes my hands hurt. I can get around all the other crap.

I haven't been a member of a gym for almost 3 years now. And these have been the very best 3 years of all my 26 years of training. Nothing like the home gym where you can control all the variables. Music, temperature, visuals, etc....

Plus, you don't have anyone telling you to calm down and not scream and all that shit!! :aargh::rant:

HaHa, you know I do consider myself lucky, I have never been asked to quiet down. Only people looking at me when I am making noise is people who are just watching to see what I am doing. Wer can even use chalk at our gym unfortunately they do not have a dead lift platform, or bar cantilever to make loading the bar easier. Man would that be nice.
 
I love that there isn't a dress code at home. Boxers and Chuck Taylors is quite a site to see when squatting. I do miss the Gym bunnies though!!

About a month ago I was on a client call in Philly, and I was wearing a suit I've had for about 4 years. I went to get into my rental car, and totally blew the ass out with my gigantic behind.

Needless to say that suit went in the trash.

It was raining the other day and I stopped suddenly to avoid a puddle when I felt a bump on my butt. I turn around and I havew a mini me using my azz for shelter from the rain. :wtf1:

Okay so maybe that was made up but still you know what I am sayin!:01:

I ripped my favorite pair of short-shorts while Squatting. They were the 5" Nike runner shorts with the lining. Best workout shorts I ever owned...and then they got pwned...

I don't complain. Chicks love the big glutes. It seems to get them randy, and that works for me. :cheers:
 
I'm down to train wherever, and PR- you totally should roll out for a workout.

LOL about the glutes. I've yet to rip up a pair of pants, but I have totally ripped my workout shorts at the gym... they got stuck in my weight belt, and things just got too snug.

Irish, you're my boy and all... but the guys at my gym with those shorts - I steer clear of... I think my inseams are 16"...

PR - this chick I'm seein lives in SA. She's coming here to NY this weekend, and I'm sure I'll be there in the next few weeks. We should definitely get together.

Won't be thanksgiving though. I'm gonna be in switzerland for f*cling work.

G- Update on weight? If you said it, i missed it. BTW Ive got bad acne/oily skin now to from the Pred! So we both have it from steriods lol
 
Update -

So this week has gone like this.

MOnday -
Drag curls - 35's x 10x8x5
Hammer Curls - 60s x 15
Seated Calves - 2 plates x 15
Lying hammy curls - 130x8x6x4
Squat - 260x8 PR Really happy with my form too.

Wednesday -
DB bench press - 90s x10x5x4 Deep negative... all the guys at my gym piss me off with how shallow they get with their DB press. Parallel... pffft.
Hammerstrength military - plate+25 x10x7x4
CG bench - 185x7x5x3
CG pulldown - 210x8x5x3
Low row hammerstregth - 3 plates+25 x8 back off to 2 plates x 20.

Everything is going good on this cycle. My weight fluctuated a bit this past weekend, as I had a shoot that didn't allow me to eat quite right, but I am back up from dropping to about 200 from 202 to 203 at the moment. 10lbs so far. Pretty good if you ask me. Still got 1 workout and 3 weeks to go. I don't expect to put on much more weight, but hopefully completely solidify my gains in those three weeks. If I gain more, well then hell yea.

My chest is filling out like crazy, I actually feel like I have a decent chest for the first time in my life. My arms and upper legs are growing pretty well too. I haven't noticed my back getting wider, but my girlfriend says it's a lot thicker than before. We'll see how the "after" pictures treat me. My calves still suck. I am trying my damndest to make them grow, and slowly, they are. But man it's like molasses on the shady side of a tree in winter vermont. :lol:

Other than that, the only real side effect is an alpha male mentality, and a bit of acne. No lethargy, no back pumps. Libido is still high, but the last few times I have done some bedroom cardio I have found it is starting to take longer and some more concentration to finish the job. I usually notice this around week 2 of most cycles... so this one is pretty mellow in my book.

Oh yea, Go Chargers!

Take an anti-cortisol to keep that cortizone from being converted to cotrisol might help a little, and will keep from anticatabolism.

Nice workouts man! The 10lb weight gain is also amazing! If you keep crushing the weights like you have been, i see at least another 4 or 5 pounds coming. Your making me want to have run at 1AD / 4AD!
 
the UTT system is amazing, glad you are liking your results. Great log so far!
 
The reason i want to try this is because of the UTT delivery, when i tried 1AD / 4AD it was the old oral form by ergopharm.

I am just a bit confused by the statement that you only have 1 more workout but 3 more weeks of the cycle to go. Is the upcoming Thanksgiving vacation doing this to you? I'd find somewhere and somehow to work out even on vacation. That's a lot of good food that could be put to use building more muscle!!! :yumyum::food:
I know that I'm excited about filling up on loads of turkey and sweet potatoes!! Oh....and a little of the "mean green" for dessert!!! LMAO :sasmokin:

No no no, I have one workout, today... and three weeks of more workouts left... so like 3 and 1/3 weeks of workouts if I workout 3 times a week.

You know, when people ask me, "What would you do differently if you could go back in life?" I always say, "I would have done more drugs." - Usually they laugh and take it as sarcasm and don't understand I'm completely serious; however, rock is one drug I've never had an interest in. There is just something so vile and pathetic about it.

Update: Ate well this weekend, maybe a bit too well hahaha. I am up to 205 lbs, but I feel a little softer... might just be glycogen. I'll be doing some longer bouts of cardio this week as I feel like I could use it.

I am giving my first college lecture tonight, looking forward to that!

Gonna hit upper body after the lecture. Wish me luck, I haven't ever taught a class before, so things should be interesting.
