Both are great.

But if choosing just one, I'd opt for Alphamine, as well. Tub lasts forever and it tastes fantastic.

And it will help, but between those two, Alphamine is going to be king for dieting/cutting purposes. Like Driven2lift said, appetite suppression is a huge help when cutting or is at least to me. I tend to use Erase Pro+ with AnaBeta Elite when bulking.

Our Sa2 extract has far less potential for sides than standard Y, if you haven't tried it before

But I won't talk you out of Epro if that's what you're thinking. It's a great product that absolutely can help you in a cut.

The reformulation seems to be very well liked by everyone who has given it a run

Im tempted to take the leap on Alphamine with all the good I hear, my only concern is I love my coffee and am concerned I take in too much caffeine to avoid sides. Ill drink a pot of pretty strong coffee a day...just because I like it, haha.

I highly recommend laying off the java on the days you take alphamine. If you "must" have coffee on the same day, make a pot of decaf. The benefits of the alphamine outweigh having the need of regular coffee. You will love the alpha
 
Everyone is different, my mom still drinks 3-4 coffees on top of alphamine daily

Then my gf replaced coffee with it most mornings, she might have a tea later on KlutzyLifter

I can't lie, I have tried to cycle alphamine and it never last more than a week. I have been on alphamine more than year straight.

That's on a whole other level, but if it works for you, then awesome. I know people that can't seem to sleep unless they have their nightly coffee.
 
Always thought I should take a stim brake but after a week of just cutting back I can't go through with it. Wake at 5am to do t25 then work 12 hrs to come home and lift at 8pm 5 days awake. Got to have my stims......just sayin

The struggle is real! Especially with work schedules these days. It would be complete torture for me to cut stims completely as well. Even for a week!

It would've been 20 minutes but I was busy for the first 30-45 minutes and didn't have time to drink anything. Lol so yeah I basically drank the whole 32oz in 15-20 minutes.

Sipping is impossible with any PES flavoring! I try and try but can't put it down or stop. Way to last that long sir!

Man I know that feeling, I despise stim breaks, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

My iced tea review : I waited a few days because I wanted to give it an honest go

10oz water -9.5/10
12oz water-10/10
14oz water- 7/10
16oz water-6/10

As you use more water, the flavor gets less and less and doesn't not hold up well and has a weird after taste for me. I love love iced tea and this is best at low amounts of water. If you keep it in the lower amounts the flavoring and aftertaste is exactly like Lipton iced tea. Absolutely nailed it.

Gym and recovery- I have not lifted since I tore my rotar cuff so take this with a grain of salt. I have not noticed anything really because I am so sore from lifting this past week. It may be because I have taken 3 months off. Hopefully it will improve as I continue to use preworkout. I'm running the Dan John 40 day workout right now and not ph3 from layne like I have been in the past. Thanks pes for making and iced tea flavor it's fantastic at low water levels!
