Are you guys suggesting a pre workout capsule? Or better to just take both caps in the am?

If taking solo, dose in the morning. If you're going to plan on dosing with Alphamine or Norcodrene, then go one cap in the morning and 1 cap pre-workout or later in the day.

My suggestion would be the same here.

I'm so down for another flavour of HV, preferably something Lemon-Lime/Lemonade-y. HV is great, but it isn't as pleasurable to drink solo as Alphamine or AminoIV(does mix well for some amazing combos with other products though). A solid flavour could make stim breaks a true treat.
