new quest bar flavor!?

Bingo and ditto

I'm at 60-70 grams a day at times

40/day daily is easy

I handle fiber well

Zero issues here

It is very possible and easy to get 25 grams of fiber in daily with a clean diet. I consistently average 25 grams (recommended for women) and I'm sure I eat less than most of you. A high fiber tortilla here, broccoli , blackberries etc all adds up fast!

I get about 30 g on diets. 60 to 80 g when bulking. Mainly due to food choices and cravings balance. Easy to get 100g with the help of high fiber bread, tortillas, veggies, fruits, cereals, nuts, ect ect. Especally if you bulk on 3600 calories like me on average.

Fiber gives me 0 issues. Actually helps me with my hunger and bowels.

Right now in my ice cream maker? Pumpkin pecan pie ice cream. Greek yogurt, almond milk, coconut milk, egg beaters, real pumpkin, snickerdoodle protein, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, Splenda and agave.

Just picked up 5 CnC. Will try later tonight.

mod edit: rules

Just had a CnC bar. New favorite.

I'm stubborn in that I usually just stick to my favourite when I order but all this feedback is telling me I should give it a chance.

Only one person has really described the taste so far though, said the oreo taste came through.

These bars are all awesome ! Went thru 12 boxes (144 bars) in 2 months. I'm not concerned with the taste of the new bars. I'm more worried about these claims that there are false calorie counts on the bars ???
Before I invest in 12 more boxes, I'd like to confirm that these are ok in my diet. Thanks.

They're fine in your diet. As long as you like them. They're just a bit mislabeled. Typically an extra 30-50 calories extra per bar.

I wish I woulda stuck to my original flavors (white choc rasp. and cookie dough).

Decided to try some other flavors and got apple pie and cinnamon roll which are good, but the two above are so hnnnnggggg

Got 2 of the entire line when I first tried it. CCCD is king. Love the coconut and double chocolate next. Not a fan of the fruity ones.

I can see them doing a mint chocolate that would be good

White Chocolate Raspberry is nectar of the gods...

GNC says they'll be getting the cookies and cream on February 3rd. Soon....

After getting a box of each flavor, this is how I rank them (mind you I was eating approx 2 Quest bars/day):
1. CCCD
2. Mixed berry bliss
3. Double fudge
4. Coconut
5. Chocolate brownie
6. PB&J
7. Strawberry cheesecake
8. Cinnamon roll
9. Lemon cream pie (tastes more like salted caramel to me)
10. White choc raspberry
11.Pecan supreme
12.Apple pie

13. Choc PB
14. Vanilla almond crunch
^only the last 2 would I only eat again if I was starving. Can't wait to try cookies n cream

cookies and cream is un-****ing real... Ask the people who work at GNC for it.. My girl works at GNC and they got them weeks ago in shipment.. The "official" launch date is feb 3. But if you specifically ask for it they can sell it to you..

Apple Pie is amazing
Chocolate Brownie i suggest you give a crack if your like double chocolate chunk.

My personal rankings. I wonder where Cookies and Cream will fall! 1. White Chocolate Raspberry 2. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 3. Cinnamon Rolls 4. Coconut Cashew 5. Vanilla Almond 6. Banana Nut Muffin 7. Lemon Cream Pie 8. Strawberry Cheesecake 9. Peanut Butter and Jelly 10. Mixed Berry 11. Apple Pie 12. Peanut Butter Supreme These below we gross unfortunately (IMO) 13. Chocolate Peanut Butter 14. Chocolate Brownie 15. Double Chocolate Chunk

Edit: I can't believe I remember all those names off the top of my head lol

New CnC is pretty epic. I don't think it dethrones CCCD for me, but I don't know if anything will top that because that flavor choice is perfect.

I can see myself eating this new flavor A LOT...I should have bought more boxes. :p

Just got some Cookies and Cream from GNC. They're sitting in my car till this evening. Can't wait!

Posted that the other day too man

Thoughts on interactions between carbs in fiber and GDAs? Most fiber that does break down into SCFAs right? Does this block that too, maybe make them digest early into carbs? Also do digestive enymes mess with GDAs too?

So the verdict is in...
1 white chocolate Rasberry
2 cookie dough
3 cookies and cream
4 double chocolate chunk

Just tried the cookies and cream and it's awesome. I thought it was gonna be super sweet but it's perfect.

1. White Chocolate Raspberry
2. Cookies and Cream
3. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Just tried the cookies and creme. Damn!! Super good. Big a55 chunks of an Oreo type substance, sweet, a little salty. Very good. After I ate that I had a vpx life lift chocolate pb bar it tasted absolutely disgusting in comparison. It tasted like bland waxy gum. Garbage.

Oh man that sounds good!

Gotta give that a try. I had the cookies and creme the other day and it was really good.

I read an article (gotta look for it again) that said quest was full of it and their nutrition facts were way off as far as calories. Anyone else read about that?

welcome to page 1 of the thread.....

perhaps you should take step back, and learn to read the thread before you post in it

welcome to AM

It's all good ! I've been subscribed to this thread and read every post. I eat 2 Quest bars a day. But not gonna lie, the label misnomer does bother me a bit !
Supposedly it's something to do with them not counting calories towards the certain fiber that's I the bars. Apparently there's actually 40-50 more calories to bar. To me, that's not a deal breaker. But it's certainly relevant: 220-250 calories for a little snack adds up over time as compared to 160-200 calories. I guess. Any other insights ?

The labelling was initially a big issue when we were trying to get them into Canadian stores. Our government was more strict, the labels on Canadian Quest bars more accurately reflect the contents.
I had no idea until I bought some in a store here that read higher in calories than the exact same bars I ordered from Nutraplanet.

Is the Canadian labelling correct? I'm thinking it is at least more accurate but wouldn't be surprised if it is still off.

Quest bars are disgusting. They have the texture of chewed food and the taste of...well, no taste at all. I don't know why you all love them, but you're welcome to have them.
