Well the guys at PHF seem very negative in regards to this product. I hate to say it but it's made me skeptical. Especially since Patrick Arnold doesn't seem to have any faith in it. What type of realistic results are we looking at? I don't want to use something for a placebo. I love BLR but i don't understand why THIS forum is the only forum praising it? On top of that Ive been reading people have been getting banned for posting negative reviews? Well I hope I don't get banned for being skeptical but if I do it will speak volumes.
Here are my thoughts:
Epicatechin has a very real capability to work. I think a lot of people are indeed experiencing placebo. I think the product is working, but just not to the level of 100 lbs of strength in 4 days (or some guy on BB.com who put 95 lbs on his squat). I say this because no legal or illegal substance can do this. There is quite literally no way this level of improvement can occur without some level of placebo. But epicatechin does have the potential to work IMO, just like I said, not to this degree. Many users are reporting what I consider realistic results; some are experiencing over the top results, and some are experiencing nothing at all. Look at the middle of the road for the best estimate of effects
