I wanted to say hello to all of you, new member here. I hope to learn a lot, as well as contribute where I can. The amount of info. on this site is kind of overwhelming, but thats a good thing.

Welcome to AM..I'm just a little curious at 5' 9" 300 pounds what 's your bodyfat%

It's pretty high definitely higher than what I want it to be @ 30%. I have always been into lifting weights, but never cardio, nor have I had the diet discipline. I think I have the diet in lline...actually it's probably closer to a nutrition makeover. Now I just need to get the cardio going to where I enjoy it, or at least tolerate it.

ON the bright side underneath the fat you definately have alot of muscle just waiting to bust out when you drop that bodyfat%.:cheers:
