I'm at 24 days and not really seeing a great deal of improvement yet. I started at 8 cps/day the first week and increased to 12 cps/day thereafter. I typically follow a lot fat and low (simple) carb diet. I'm not sure I was taking enough fat at each serving to really enhance absorption initially. I'm being more conscience about insuring that I take at least a small amount of fat with each serving. We'll see what transpires. Since fat is necessary for proper absorption it would be nice if some form of healthy fat was included in the formulation.
What I have noticed thus far:
1. My muscles look fuller although baseline measurements prevail.
2. I seem to have more energy throughout the day.
3. I haven't noticed much in the way of a increase in body temp. Maybe a little shortly after ingestion. Maybe???
4. My appetite throughout the day is about normal but my appetite after about 5 -6 PM increases dramatically.
5. In spite of ingesting additional calories late at night my weight has not increased.
