I know, but it's not the same . . . I cannot get a good run rhythm on a treadmill and I get winded fast while running at my normal cruise pace. It is cooler today at 85* right now so I'm gonna get in a run right now before it jumps into the 90s.

One of the guys at work (total dork) was telling someone about how he is so active as he described his household cleaning schedule throughout the week. I jumped in, "Well why the heck did you get married if you are doing so much cleaning?" I got some dirty looks from the ladies but it was worth it. Just like when I said the only reason I got married was so that I had my shirts ironed without taking them to the dry cleaners.

Speaking of greek yogurt, you know what is pretty good? You mix greek yogurt with ranch dressing powder, as opposed to mixing the powder with buttermilk and mayo. Makes a delicious ranch dip that is high in protein and fat free (if you use ff greek yogurt)

Yeah, I know you can substitute Greek yogurt for several things when cooking but hadn't thought of that. Might have to give that a try!

It's good, I discovered it while I was creating my signature buffalo chicken wrap. Chicken breasts in small pieces with franks red hot wings. White rice mixed with greek yogurt and ranch powder, thin lengthwise sliced celery in a wrap of your choosing.
