Beware. Bulk PLCAR powder can ruin a shake if you don't dilute it enough. You can still taste the pre or whatever you mix, but it has a hint of damp dirty feet wrapped in old bandais. But then you're like whao did I really taste that or am I imagining things, so of course you need to taste it again.

I have a weight loss shake as well. I mix a 5th of vodka with 1/4lb of 4 different mass gainers and add in some Black Despair... Bam!!! -5% body fat.

All GREAT advice!!! I dont know if I wanna eat the shirt . . . I want maintainable gains, not instant growth that is impossible to keep.
Has any one thought about Anabolic Underwear? Or would that make it hard on the ladies? "Ohhhh, that is just TOO BIG!!!" Or you may put out an eye with ejaculation, that's not good for anyone.
