Not if your preworkout nutrition is sufficient or you workout for like 3+ hours.

I am going to have to stick a pin in my head and deflate it tonight. Ego has gotten several big boosts lately. Today a customer I see about every 30 days or so when I swing by to make sure things are okay told me I'm looking amazing. That I need to take what I'm doing and share the secret. Had another person at work when I went over to drop stuff off his secretary said... "Who are you again, you look like JR, but only you have big arms and broad shoulders... I told my wife and she just rolls her eyes. Everyone keeps talking about how much I've changed in the 2 months. They knew I was losing weight but said the recent change has been huge. I keep hearing it on a daily basis.


Side note, kids today are stupid.. Was at a school working on a network, my brother in law teachers there. I stopped in to see how he was doing. He introduced me to the class when a girl asked him who I was. He said.. This is my brother in law.. She goes.. Oh that is cool, so did you guys have the same dad or mom?

I learned on MFP that carbs can turn into protein. That you don't need melatonin as a sleep aid UNLESS your body produces very little. Otherwise it'll do nothing.
 
The mother in law is in town. I really wish I was bulking instead of getting ready to lean out cause she's def trying to make me fat lol. Home made Chinese everyday. Love it.

I don't have to cook or clean and she can look after the prego mrs. Now if only my shipment of the combo pack black liver/black despair would arrive then life just may be perfect.

Jamesy-poo, do any of the other flavors of FXT taste as delicious as pink lemonade? I haven't had anything pink lemonade flavored before that tastes this good. In fact, it doesn't taste like pink lemonade. It tastes like the red "little hugs" drink; and I love it.

I've actually liked it, so far. It's one of the few blue raspberry flavors that doesn't taste fake over horribly overhwhelming.

I actually may try this. Both are good, but the pink lemonade is way better than anticipated.

I was really surprised when I first tried it too. I just tried pina colada for my first time and have to say that it was amazingly good.

Yes I can REALLY tell a difference mainly in recovery and motivation/drive, love it as part of my preworkout.
