Thanks man. Ya NTBM has been A life changer for me and even if it all stop today I would remember all that it has been to me and so many others for the rest of my life. Its forever a part of me and The tat had to be done. Besides its a sick tat anyway. It looks even more bad ass in person lol..

There are so many of you that have busted your a$$ through this whole contest and keep doing it daily! I am proud of all of you for your work and I can't wait to see how you all come out on the other end of this!

So many different goals and so many different transformations have happened and this will be tough to find a winner. :)

Yeah man, the dedication I am put into this contest has really made a big difference in every aspect of working out with me. I am reaching new heights in my lifts, getting leaner with each picture I take....Dedication to hitting the gym at least 5-6 days a week and a lot of the days being 2 a days...This contest was one of the best ideas you guys could of come up with. It has really got my dedication back into working out like almost never before..Going into a deployment soon I am almost above where I use to be from the last deployment.....Cant wait for everyone else's results. I am looking forward to Volcomx's b n a's cause he is a friggin "Man Beast."
 
I took some back shots today and from day 1 the size difference is so crazy. I just need to fine tune everything this last month, woo, cant wait.

I've been following since the start.all you guys in this contest really keep me going some days when I'm dragging ass cuz you guys are putting in work regardless of insane working hours,school,family life and etc.Plus the knowledge that's being shared is amazing.Hope to see everyone killing **** till the end of this contest!!!
 
Every one is doing a amazing job with there logs. I hope more people really get to see some of the shine with need to build muscle products.

I'm pretty f*cking proud of myself and thats a first for me lol. Win or not we're all winners because after you see the results you've made in just 3 months, hopefully like me you guys will be blown away thinking about the results that will come in the next 3!
