Natural AI's

RenegadeRows

Well-known member
Hello,

I've just come off a cycle and finished PCT. I have the unfortunate side of stopping my AI (in pct) of having excess water weight, particularly in the chest area.

I was hoping to get some recommendations of a natural product to reduce estrogen (a small amount) enough to lose some water weight and enhance vascularity for the summer.

I would just buy a strong AI like 6-oxo, however since my hormone levels have been fluctuating for the past 3 months, well I wanted to keep things "natural". I wanted to stay away from any hormonal supplements for a few months.

The first thing that comes to mind is Resveratrol + Grape seed extract. Maybe somebody could chime in, as I'm not too familiar with resveratrol and it's mechanism of keeping estrogen at bay.

Thanks
RR

Trans-Resveratrol:
This compound is like sliced bread to the supplement industry. There are many different health benefits to come from resveratrol, but we picked it up for one in particular. Resveratrol is capable of modulating estrogenic receptors as well as controlling aromatase, giving it that One Two Punch for estrogen control.[2][3] Research has shown its estrogenic modulation capabilities to increase sperm production by stimulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. I also remember GSE being a natural AI, and I would do some more digging but I've got to get back to MCAT studying. Just took a 3 hours break heh :S

Great post, and jsut what I was looking for. Reps!

Trans-Resveratrol is a great aromatase inhibitor. The only watch-out is that it has a low oral bioavailability. Just like chrysin. Nevertheless, resveratrol's oral availability has been shown to improve significantly when some co-factors/enhancers such as quercetin, Bioperine, and grape seed extract (itself a good aromatase inhibitor) are added. You might consider just getting Post Cycle Support or STOKED! and Grape Seed Extract, instead of buying resveratrol and grape seed extract separately.

some will argue the science behind it, but in the real world the dim in diesel test has always worked well for me. besides all the other bennies of taking it. dthc/stoked sounds like a good stack.

Best suggestion ever: nicotine (patches or gum).
I just eradicated some Superdrol delayed gyno with oral ATD (Novedex) and topical nicotine (Nicoderm patches directly on my right nip). Nicotine is a proven AI. Girls have always smoked to stay thin. And just look at a heavy smoker's arms - veiny/vascular as hell. Just what you're looking for this summer, Marlboro Man.

Got you covered with the nicotine, unfortunately!

Ordered some NOW Resveratrol, the 200mg stuff. Thanks for the suggestions!

What do you think about a nicotine patch on naturally puffy nipples?

Had puffy nipples since 12 or 13.

Bump for opinions on nicotine patches for naturally puffy nipples. Also bump for patch dose.
It's worth a shot. I bought the strongest patches (21mg, I think), and put them directly on my right nip. Instead of replacing them every day, I went 2 days/patch. But after 2 weeks of placing the patches in the same spot (they recommend moving them around), I developed a pretty decent rash around my nip. So I took a couple days off from the patches, and now the rash is disappearing. I'll probably try a 2on/2off approach. If you try it, keep us apprised.

Yeah I may try it. The rash was probably caused by whatever agent was used in the patch to penetrate the skin. Just minor irritiation.

I don't know how successful a spot reduction would be with nicotine patch. I think it works because its absorbed into the bloodstream and acts like a mild AI. But placing it on your nipples, in my opinion, will not have an advantage over say ... middle of the chest.

is GSE really that effective of an AI ? I was under the impression it was a better anti-oxidant instead.

yes it is....but only if u find the perfect dose for u...look up grape seed extract and its AI effects online there should be plenty of studies showing how much of an effect it causes...

The only drawback for using GSE as an anti estrogen is you gotta dose it high, so prepare to buy a few bottles. But it's cheap and good for you as well.

I would say at LEAST 500mg to see anti-E effects
That sounds like a lot, especially if it is the standard 95% proanthocyanidins extraction.

Bump to a semi-old thread.

Looking for a natty AI to throw in with the original MassFX

I'm considering Trans Res (with biop, querc, etc...probably STOKED or T-Rez) and I3C.

Which would be better for me?

I3C would probably be dosed for 3 weeks around 200-400mg like suggested.

NOW Sells an I3C for $13 on Nutra, anyone have any experience with it? Seems almost too good to be true.

I would honestly look into Anabolic Edge or Blue Gene.

Why is that?

I'm looking for a mild AI to stack with divanil (for now its the old massfx, next is divanex)...just curious how they would benefit me. Yes they maintain homeostasis, but I just don't see the necessity with such a small change of any estro rebound.

I would definately go with the I3C. It is an amazing compound and extremely cheap. I have used the exact one you're talking about from nutra during PCT several times with success. I would keep it to at least 400mg per day and you may even want to bump that dose up a bit.

Thank you very much, this is the feedback I was looking for regarding the two.

I wasn't sure how high the quality of the NOW extract could be looking at the price, but I don't really need it to be anything spectacular. It's more of a safety precaution when I use divanil-based products :)
