So far, strength has been the most noticeable, outside of libido. Weight has not gone up as much as I thought, however with a long weekend coming for thanksgiving, and a 21lbs turkey, I am ready to see that change quite abruptly.What are you getting out of the natadrol so far?

In your final, if you have a lot of PH experience can you put it on a chart for comparison to other PH's:

Rating scale on anabolic vs. sides:
Superdrol: 10 Anabolic / 10 Sides
1-AD: 7 Anabolic / 7 Sides
4-AD: 5 Anabolic / 3 Sides
Boldione: 6 Anabolic / 1 Sides
Prostanozol: 6.5 Anabolic / 3 Sides
etc...
The ones you've run. helps us give perspective, but throw out your first PH cycle since it won't be realistic...

On to my return to legs :woohoo: I kept it relatively easy, but for some reason had a hell of a pump
Quads:
Zerchers (8 sets) 185lbs 10 reps
Leg Press (7 sets) 6 45's 8-10
Hams:
Reverse Hypers (5 sets) 25lbs db 10-12
Seated leg curls (5 sets) 110lbs
Calves:
Seated calf raises (5 sets) 2 45's 2 10's
Standing calf raises (10 sets) 2 giants sets @ 5 weights no wait time
My calves felt like they were going to explode. On another immensely positive note, no back trouble at all.
they are awesome. They dont bother my back at all, and you get a nice killer stretch in the quadsI need to start doing Zerchers. Those things look sweet.
