Natadrol and T-911 are pushing AE over the edge (sponsored)

thanks man, most of my gear is APT, they just seem to make a hell of a product. Looking forward to breaking them in more and seeing how they help with my improved strength and deads

got in a little late today, so let me give a bit of an update on back day

Wide grip chins (5 sets) BW 8-12 reps
Rack pulls (8 sets) 545lbs :woohoo: 1 rep (thought I was going to crap my pants)
BB Rows (5 sets) 255lbs 4 reps fatigue had set in
Seated cable rows (5 sets) 255lbs 5 reps

Felt very strong and my numbers today are an indication that the Natadrol seems to really be hitting its stride at the moment. I will have a better update tomorrow with my heavier leg day

Leg day- and update on some future changes

First, I will mention the changes for the future. I decided after today to move my "power" leg day to wednesday, and make saturday my auxilliary leg day. This allows me to hit deads on Friday as opposed to Monday, as it seems I am always bogged down with meetings on Monday afternoons. This all starts as of this monday.

Here was leg day today as I think I was trying to kill myself
Back Squats (8 sets) 315lbs 3 reps, 2 sets @ 275lbs 5 reps
Zercher Squats (7 sets) 225lbs 9 reps 3 sets at 225

Hams:
Reverse hypers<banded> (5 sets) 12 reps (will discuss more at the end)
Lying ham curls (4 sets) 120lbs 12 reps
Seated ham curls (4 sets) 100lbs 15reps

Really wanted to just lift heavy. Was overly aggressive at times, as I had to discipline my daughter prior to heading to the gym for an honesty issue.

The banded hypers were not strong enough in terms of resistance, or were not as strong as I would have liked. So I will begin to look into purchasing my own.

how much more of the natadol you got left?

Nice stuff in here AE!

I am at the midway point exactly.
Nice stuff in here AE!
Thanks man, going to kill it for 2 more weeks :)
What are you getting out of the natadrol so far?
So far, strength has been the most noticeable, outside of libido. Weight has not gone up as much as I thought, however with a long weekend coming for thanksgiving, and a 21lbs turkey, I am ready to see that change quite abruptly.
Id like to see a MID WAY progress report:D..only when time permits my friend:)

Not a problem LG.

As mentioned above, my strength has made some fairly noticeable increases. My aggression has most certainly remained a constant, and at times really exceeded what I would have thought.

Bear this in mind, I have run my fair share of PH/PS in the past, and with that said Natadrol is an interesting comparison for a variety of reasons.

1. The stregth gains are on par with everything I have run previously (outside of superdrol, that was an animal all to itself)

2. The weight is very similar to a 1andro, as both were slower in weight gain than I expected.

3. Aggression is actually more with Natadrol than anything I have ever run previously, which is kinda interesting.

4. Libido on Natadrol is more also than anything I have ever run as well.

These final 2 weeks will be quite telling as ND is well entrenched into my system at this point, and I am kinda curious how it will finish. Additionally, I must admit to being very excited with T-911 as well for PCT.

Great update, AE. Thorough and detailed! I like it! This stuff sounds great. I really like hearing the effects on mood/libido. Those are usually the first effects I feel on these types of products, and then comes the size gains.

I am anxious to see how and when the size gains begin. Should be a fun last 2 weeks

Alittle CHest and tris

Here was my lift today

Chest:
Flat BP (8 sets) 315lbs 2 reps 2 sets @ 275lbs 6 reps
Incline BP (5 sets) 4 sets @ 225lbs 8-10 reps
Floor Press (5 sets) 275lbs 3 reps (not bad)

Tris:
1arm cable pulldowns (5 sets) 50-60lbs
CG BP (6 sets) 250lbs 4 reps

Mood - Not overly jumpy, but pretty good

Strength - Pretty impressed. The 315lbs didnt feel overpoweringly heavy.

Endurance -Today was the first time I faded a bit, especially towards the end.

Aggression - A very angry agression again. Cant explain it, but I yelled at someone while I was driving.

Sides -Urination is frequent, but not nearly as bad.

Libido - actually, this had to be addressed prior to the gym. Thank god my wife was home

Concerns: Nada

Weight: Weighed in this afternoon at 207lbs (barely). Odd weight flucuations

Indeed nice numbers! Wondering about the urination - the result of upped water intake? Or something else?

//CC

thanks guys.

regarding the urination, not really sure. My water is most certainly up, but not to the point I believe where it should be as frequent as it is

Had a different back day, as I seem to have a slight pull of the right rhomboid, I have had this problem since HS. It kicks in typically if I sleep wrong, so I just try to stretch it out and keep the lift lighter than usual

Wide grip chins (5 sets) bw 8-10 reps
Rope Rows (6 sets) 90-110lbs
Barn Doors (5 sets) 110lbs
Back Extensions (10 sets) 2 giants sets @ 5 weights no rest
BB Rows (5 sets) 185lbs 7 reps (really felt the trouble here) works out well that I dont lift tomorrow, and am done with work early on wednesday.

Considering the knot in the back, I felt pretty good. The chins act as a great stretch, and amazingly had a decent pump out of this. However, the BB Rows were problematic as I just couldnt get too comfortable.

Will be back early today. Get a nice half day, so out by 12pm :woohoo:

Heavy leg day :woohoo:

Great stuff so far!

Damn! I am jealous!

I decided to go in just because I didnt want to waste one of my saved off days

thanks man, much appreciated

cannot wait. Under an hour before I am done

Man you are probably at the gym now as I type this Lucky SOB. Have a Happy Thanksgiving. I will be working out 3 of the 4 days off to take advantage of all the food madness I plan to partake in.

Bad workout not the fault of Natadrol

So the workout started off great. Going to have a leg day early as I got out of work early. Back felt good, I was pumped across the board. Make it through 6 sets of squats, and I am ripping it. Feel great and strength was bouncing. I hit 275 for an easy set of 8 deep reps.

I put on 315, got the knees wrapped and I am ready to go. As I go down for rep one, the back tightened completely, and I felt like I could barely breath. Luckily I was still able (strong enough, thanks to Natadrol) to get up. I racked the weights and called it a day.

It feels better now, and I am goingt o judge tomorrow how I will approach everything. I still plan on lifting, but I will see how I feel in the am.

Sucks, as I finally have a long weekend to really hit the weights hard and eat like a fiend. :grumpy:

Just got back a little bit ago from a very modified chest/shoulders day.

The back was very stiff, and I spent a good 15-20 minutes just stretching and making sure that everything was very loose.

I knew heading in that going heavy was not in the cards, and I certainly didnt want to reaggravate anything with deads on the docket for tomorrow.

Chest:
cable crossovers (4 warmup sets) 50lbs 12 reps tight contraction
incline bp (7 sets) 275lbs 3 reps (I really started to feel a bit of pressure here so I called chest a done deal)

seated press (5 sets) 185lbs 7 reps the reps were fine, no pain, but for some reason giving myself a lift off was downright brutal.

So now I sit and wait for some turkey. I will say that with the back struggles I noticed my aggrsssion and lack of patience really peaking while attempting to lift today. Hopefully tomorrow is back to a more normal feeling in the rhomboid

Lets hope your back recovers fast! Great feedback on the product so far and nice numbers in those workouts

thanks guys. I am a bit tight right now, might try a light stretching type workout in a bit when the wife returns from work. We shall see once I get there, I did hit my typical cardio this am, had to work out alot of turkey

Did go in a for a little bit

Rope rows (5 sets) 100lbs
Barn Doors (6 sets) 100lbs
1arm cable rows (5 sets) 50-60lbs

Was very tight, still am. So I will forgo my lift tomorrow in exchange for some more time on the heating pad. This sucks a$$

Hopefully you'll have a speedy recovery. I don't know if you have already mentioned it but have you noticed any changes in your body composition?

Thanks

I did my typical cardio this am, and feel good. Been using a heating pad fairly consistently. I think I should be ready to roll tomorrow.

In terms of recomp, my strength is certainly up and my weight is only slightly elevated. A good gauge for me is always my arm vascularity, which since I began Natadrol has been through the roof.

Man back issues are the worst. Hope that lines out for you quickly. Great consistency through a rough patch though!

thanks man. I did my typical cardio this am, and am hopeful that I will be able to hit some chest and tris this afternoon

Well, got back from my afternoon chest/tris and considering my recent back issues, I am happy with the workout

Chest:
Flat BP (8 sets) 300lbs 2 reps
Incline BP (8 sets) 4 sets @ 225lbs 8-10reps
Flat Flys (4 sets) 65lbs

Tris:
Rope pulldowns (5 sets) 100lbs
French Presses (5 sets) 120lbs

Felt good, and the strength was there. The issue was that I was certainly aware of the back stiffness. I am happy to say that overall I got a good pump and the vascularity was very good. Will do a typical weigh in tomorrow.

going to be hitting some back today, may even attempt deads if my back feels good prior to.

Also, I did a count of my Natadrol, and I am finished as of this Sunday 12/6

Good deal can't wait to hear the final review. Good luck on those deads!

not good but not bad

So, I decided to delay the deads till Friday. I was still a bit stiff, especially after a 45 minute drive home from work. So here is how the afternoon went

Wide grip chins (4 sets) BW 10-12
Neutral Grip pullups (4 sets) BW 8-10 reps
Back extensions (10 sets) 2 giant sets 5 weights per 100-170lbs
Reverse Hypers (5 sets) 20lb db
Seated rows (5 sets) 180lbs 10-12

Felt good and surprisingly strong. Very aggressive, and I did weigh in. I was amazed, 210lbs. That is a good jump. Now, bear in mind that also incorporates a full day of food, water etc.. but I was pleased.

Tomorrow is my afternoon off, although I will still be there in the am for cardio.

As you finish up will you have measurable gains such as maybe wt, body measurements, and changes in lifts?

Always interesting to see the strength gains on major lifts such as DL, bench, and squats. I am not always interested in wt gain, I know that could def mean muscle growth but I also consider the mirror to be just as important. It gets expensive buying new clothes if you grow too much.

I used to be quite a slim guy on a small frame, I have since outgrown too many clothes. It is expensive to replace suits and dress shirts!!! I have gone from a 39 jacket to a 43, and shirts have gone from 15 1/2 neck to a 17.

Nice workout AE!

In your final, if you have a lot of PH experience can you put it on a chart for comparison to other PH's:

So, like this

Rating scale on anabolic vs. sides:

Superdrol: 10 Anabolic / 10 Sides
1-AD: 7 Anabolic / 7 Sides
4-AD: 5 Anabolic / 3 Sides
Boldione: 6 Anabolic / 1 Sides
Prostanozol: 6.5 Anabolic / 3 Sides

etc...

The ones you've run. helps us give perspective, but throw out your first PH cycle since it won't be realistic...

Will do!

On to my return to legs :woohoo: I kept it relatively easy, but for some reason had a hell of a pump

Quads:
Zerchers (8 sets) 185lbs 10 reps
Leg Press (7 sets) 6 45's 8-10

Hams:
Reverse Hypers (5 sets) 25lbs db 10-12
Seated leg curls (5 sets) 110lbs

Calves:
Seated calf raises (5 sets) 2 45's 2 10's
Standing calf raises (10 sets) 2 giants sets @ 5 weights no wait time

My calves felt like they were going to explode. On another immensely positive note, no back trouble at all.

Nice workout, I would have had a hell of a pump after this on too!
