Incline flys: 40*15*3,50*15 *!tried a new tweaked version of this and will def.be adding it to my routine.

Side cable shoulder raises: 30*15*4

Super fast.workout last night. I'm back in charlotte until tomorrow so me and my old partner are gettin to lift again. I really need to move back here the gym atmosphere is so much better.

Day 23: Bi/Tris

Haven't had a dedicated arm day in a long time so I decided I'd be nice and workout arms with my bro today.

Bis:
Cable curls w/ Lat bar: 100*10, 120*10, 140*10, 110*15
DB Hammer curls: 35*10, 40*10, 45*8, 25*12
High Cable curls: 50*10, 70*10, 80*4, 60*6

Tris:
Bench Dips: 1 plate *10, 2 plates *10, 3 plates *10, (45lb plates)
Push downs w/ lat bar: 140*10, 190*10, 190*10
French Presses: 70*10, 80*10*2

Good workout, I think tomorrow will be back. When I was in Charlotte the other day I let my old partner try some MM, He loves the pump and energy, not the taste so much. But like I said before, taste only lasts for a little while.
 
Haven't decided if I will major in Electronic Engineering or Russian. Probably will end up doing both. I'm already fluent in Russian so it would be easy, I'd start as a 3rd year. Double Majoring might be hard though, so I might minor in Russian? Don't really know how college works, I did the Army instead for 6 years lol. I am enrolled and theres no going back now though.

Day 24: Back

Bent over BB rows: 135*15, 185*10, 225*8, 225*6
Lat Pulldowns: 120*15, 180*10*3
Reverse DB flys: 20*10, 30*10, 40*10
Deads: 225*10*3 315*2*2 I was showing my brother the form so I didn't go heavy but I still wanted to do 315 for a few so thats why I only so few reps :) next week is back to reg. heavier deads!
Seated Rows: 120*10*4 (pulled higher to hit rear delts)


Day 25: Legs

Leg press: 315*15, 765*10*4 Slow reps
Calves on leg press: 315*15*3
Leg Extensions: 120*10, 165*10*2, 185*10 This machine at Planet Fitness sucks, the motion is weird.
Leg Curls: 100*10, 135*10, 150*10*2

Weight is now 195 :) and I'm so ready to be back over 200lbs again. Next week starts the bulk:)
 
dude 765 on leg press for slow reps will have you walkin around all funny.... i love the leg press cuz its easier on my back but it still gets me swole

I don't know if it will help o.O Honestly I get paid by the Army for knowing it, so if I get a higher score in Russian I can make an extra 100 a month, which will help in school. I get to go to Russia in the program to study for a semester which is the main reason I am interested. I am good enough to put it on a resume now though so it may be a lost cause. I'll pick up an AA in Russian along the way from a different college where I have 15 credits remaining, all general ed, so maybe the BA is a waste of time at the moment.

I have no clue where I want to go, so I just applied to Central Washington U. Best friend is there and we are getting a house together so it will be a welcome change from my fast paced Army life the past 6 years (goes to ****ing fast lol) Got accepted straight away, without an essay. Veteran status is $$
 
FINAL THOUGHTS
So everything is over:( and the muscle marinade will be gone after tonights workout (yesterday was chest, good workout but my shoulder kept me limited a little)

Mixability: 9/10 It mixes very well only a few little specs in the bottom of the container after I mix it all up. It mixes better in water, I did mix it with gatorade one day and it didn't mix as well. I drank it and had to put more water in the bottle to finish it up.

Taste: 7/10 It takes some getting used to the taste but like I said before. I have taken other preworkouts that tasted MUCH worse (cough* NaNo Vapor cough*). I assume I would have liked the other fruit punch flavor more since I don't like grape flavored anything. Anyway, I eventually got used to the taste and it didn't bother me after the first few days.

Energy/Pumps:10/10 I am extremely impressed with the energy MM gave me and the pumps were great. It didn't matter whether I was taking it 30 min after eating or on a pretty empty stomach I had the same results. I usually have to take pre w/o's on a relatively empty stomach but not this stuff. I usually took it 30 min before working out and about 10 min after drinking it I could feel it working slowly. However, the few times that I did drink it intraworkout I had almost instant results. The "results" were solid pumps and focus. Not that nasty warm tingling feeling from some other supps I've tried.

Price: 9/10 It is a little more than some other supps that are hot right now. For example I believe MM is 34$ for 27 servings and the closest working supp for me (jack3d) is 24$(on avg. I believe) for 45 servings. BUT it takes 2 scoops of jack3d for make me feel close to 1 scoop of MM. SO thats what ? 22.5 servings of the other supp and 27 for MM for roughly 10$ more. I'll spend the xtra 10$ from now on:). And I'm sure you can find MM for a little less than the 34$ but I only checked nutra quickly while typing this.

Overall :10/10 I have to give this a 10 because its the best preworkout I have taken thus far. For one scoop I was very impressed. For any other preworkout I have to take 2 if not 3 scoops. Actually I take 3 of everything except for jack3d which is the closest thing to MM that I have taken. Good job Purus!

No samples really available at the moment. I can try to scrounge some up for ya though. No promises. It's worth the purchase though :)

well im a big hit or miss type of guy when it somes to pre workouts supps so i always get samples before i buy them. if you could get me one it would be much appreciated
