I would not go to 40mg of Nolva. I think it's a better idea to add Clomid to your PCT and do Clomid 50/50/25/25 + Nolva 20/20/10/10. Recovering your HTPA is a slow and steady process.
What I see in your bloodwork is very similar to what I experienced in my cycle: Messed up cholesterol (too bad they don't list HDL and LDL separately, but your high total cholesterol is probably the result of very low HDL and high LDL), stressed liver (ALT/AST) and heavily suppressed testosterone. Many people report these as the side effects of LGD.
Cholesterol should go back to normal on its own. Just eat a lot of avocados

GW also provides great cholesterol support if you ever decide to run it on or off an LGD cycle.
I did bloods mid-cycle so I caught the liver issues earlier. I used UDCA (ursodeoxycholic acid) at 250mg/day for 4 weeks that that took care of it. There's a variant of this supplement called TUDCA which may be easier to find, I've been told it works well too. You could also try NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) which is a great liver support supplement. Are you taking any other medications? Some meds can stress the liver too.
The most important aspect is to recover your sex hormones. Again, Clomid+Nolva worked great for me. And you may want to add a low dose of an aromatase inhibitor like exemestane (Aromasin) to prevent your estrogen to climb alongside your testosterone as it recovers. 10-12 mg/day of exem worked well for me.
Just be prepared for the crash... you'll feel pretty crappy for the next 1-2 weeks (lethargy, low energy, lack of focus, zero libido) while your T is still low. Things will start to improve on week 3 and beyond. My libido took its sweet time to come back!
One more observation -- I see that you did your bloods in the afternoon. For testosterone, it's better to get the blood drawn first thing in the morning since T is highest in the morning and drops as the day goes by.
I hope this helps!
