MrBig's G-bol Explosion

2 Glycobol with 1 cup Oats, Granola Bar and Whey shake=INsane WO pumps.

The endurance from this is awesome. No Gbol sh*ts to report. Everything is awesome. I've been pondering whether to try some creative ways to try and "test" Glycobol because I cannot seem to get fat while taking it. CHO intake sitting at about 700grams currently and waist is down nearly .3 inches in a little over 2 weeks.
 
I need some of this. I have been so carb depleted anymore it's criminal. I don't even get a pump from workouts.
 
Nutrient Repartitioner would problably go good. Slin from LG is 15 bucks cheaper, I got some to try when I get home to compare differences.
 
You guys are talking about different Slin.

Jay is talking about LG's Slin... Timber you are talking about USP's Pslin.

Just had 1 Gbol- 1 Cup of Mac and Cheese (I know). I feel bloated yet look LEANER! :wtf:

Anyways, forgot to say that tommorrow I will be starting STOKED. Curious to see what I will experience.

Its ok, we all have those. I had a cheat meal last nite for the first time in like 2months!
 
Today was an extended cardio day....6 miles in about an hour.

Good endurance from the Gbol, started getting some calf pumps towards the end.

Thinking about upping the dose. Any reason not to go past 4?

Stoked should work very well with the Glycobol.:)
 
I really liked AI's PCS and it is a staple for my PCT that I will always keep going forward. Since Stoked is the same product I am really interested in how you like it stacked with G-Bol. I almost stacked my leftover PCS, but I decided to keep it for my The One cycle in the next few months.

Today was a pretty sweet workout. Chest.

Flat Bench Dumbbells-95 * 21+17+13.

Incline Bench Dumbbells-95*14+13+12. Feeling fatigued. ugh.

DC stretch with 55's, felt so awesome. :D

Wide Grip Bench-135*25+20+17. These got harder to rack on the last 3 reps. Shoulder was feeling a little barky, form may have gotten off a bit.

Bench Dips-225 *15+15+12. Got some nice leverage on these, deep and low. Hit lower chest nicely.

Cable Crossovers with 35 each side *3 sets of 20. RETARDED @$$ pump on these.

All in all a decent workout but I subbed Gbol for Stoked PRe WO for this time around. Endurance fell off some, but I can't quite give an estimate of the effectiveness of Stoked just yet.

Had a boner walking home from work today. Remember in 40 Year old virgin when he has a boner and he calls the indian guy from viagra telling him how he had a boner for 4 hours? I tried using the advice of flicking the right testicle to lower the boner and it hurt like heck. Had to tuck that in the waistband. Needless to say LIBIDO UP!

HOLY ish and that was a sweet workout bro! Energy levels falling or not wow... WGs for 25reps?? Sheeeesh! AND a 4mile in 35min? Your a freaking BEAST brotha!!!!
 
Yea I was surprised to say the least ;).

The Widegrips were actually easier than I thought until rep 17 or so. Nice to do a weight that is "light" on WG for so long. Chest was beat afterwards with pump and I'm feeling some DOMS today....usually don't get ANY. Time to up the BCAA's!!!!!!!

Cardio is nothing to me, I can crank it to 9MPH after a quick warmup and run all day if I let myself. I usually don't go more than 25 min but I lost track of time :lol:

Dual pulley Lat Pulldown-135*15, 115*20, 100*25.

DB Row- 85*20+17+14.

Reverse Pec Deck- 115*15+15+15.

Overall good workout. Dosing 1 gbol 1 stoked pre workout. More sweating, crazy sex thoughts. Chest is still in DOMs town. LEGS TOMMORROW!!!!!!:twisted:
