I gave you a genuine answer. But you still keep going. It has become clear to me where your intentions lie. But as a customer I will explain it again so that you may understand this time about the $10 increase.

When a sale is run, a whole new setup is made on prices and what we are offering.

This new setup of the sale MAY or MAY not reflect past prices of a product.

This is a SALE we are offering that has no ties or affiliations with past prices.

This is the CURRENT sale.

You're comparing our CURRENT sale with PAST prices. Apples to oranges. A current sale is a new sale not affiliated with any past prices. Anything can be done to our CURRENT sale without any attachment to PAST pricing. Now, that's the deal Grey. You see how NEW sales have no connections to PAST prices? I hope so.

It's only hear for a few days so everyone get your dibs in.

Each member voicing their opinions on the matter are right in every sense. The explanations given by each rep or rep wannabe (andrew732) shows complete ignorance.

hoopem was linking to the product to prove a point, not trying to lead members to purchase from a company to which he has no affiliation to. That product has been on sale for MONTHS.

Bottom line, keep practicing like this and you will lose more and more customers with each "sale".

I did not invade your thread, chocolatemilk! My comparison was completely relevant to the discussion at hand. I was merely linking the aforementioned Palo Alto Labs' product as an example of how a "buy one, get one free" sale is conducted elsewhere (more specifically, NutraPlanet).

Revert back to page one, please. I showed great interest in purchasing Epi-Strong. As a result, I asked a question pertaining to my potential order. A different user, Grey Warden, asked a simple question regarding the price increase so I decided to share my observation. Since then, I have basically been told my post was idiotic because of the superb savings the customer's are apparently receiving.

Bottom line: I have absolutely no qualms with any one of you. In fact, I wish your company all the success in the world. With that being said, I fully expect to be addressed in a dignified manner.

That wasn't improper grammar sir. Sale was quoted to emphasize a point.

Your posting of your log shows no relevance to the thread at hand. A blatant "buy this and get jacked! it did it for me!"

Back to what this thread is about, and its not about petty differences, its about a great offer if you pay the price of one supp as it currently stands, you get another supp without having to pay extra, so that means its free.. And as far as i know the owner of the company in question is allowed to change prices and offer discounts as he wants how he wants, when he wants to, please get over it and enjoy the offers.
 
BTW its very interesting that both greay and hank have very few posts.... and most of them seem to involve bashing our products... why is that exactly? Working for somone else are we perhaps... whatever your motives are this is a good offer.. youve made your point, and we answered, job done.

It's actually an amazing deal. Each bottle is high dosed. Some companies apparently don't like the competition ;) and I think it came out today lol.

lol ive been on am longer than you and most of your reps. and just because someone is objective doesnt mean they are a competitor. but go ahead and think what you will. this thread has done nothing but reveal the true colors of your reps and company.

I am sorry you guys questions have not been answered. The short temper, or words from a couple of reps, do not reflect the company as a whole.

Technically, yes, it is not a buy one get one free. the price was cheaper on some of the products before the buy one get one free sale. I appologise on behalf of the company for this.
But, as has been noted in one way or another, even with the increase in price, two bottles for 63 bucks out the door, not including a 10% discount you can get, nor the money you save on free shipping, and it is free shipping in the u.s. (no matter how much you spend) is still a good sale, and great deal. price went up, but still bogo on the new slightly higher price. but still a good deal. not as good as if it was 52.99, but still a good deal. we gotta make some money guys.

We at need to build muscle to pride ourselves on quality products, and customer service. you can get in touch with needto any time you need to (no pun intended). any time. & if you are not completely satisfied with a product, I know he will do his best to make you happy.

This, above all else is what seperates us from other companies.

Again, I appologise for any discrepencies or mis understandings on our part.

Or has it revealed your true colours? You say youve been on here longer than most of our reps, but your join date is feb 2010 with this alias, so the only thing we are waiting for is your true identity to be revelead.
You have been posting longer than "SOME" of our reps though.
I think we have been very respectfull to the objections you made known, but if you feel we have come over in a bad light, then i am sorry that we have rubbed you up that way, its a shame that a good promotion was turned into a personal attack, Now who exactly instigated that?

But in many ways its been a good thing as the bickering over prices has led to more attention being shown to the outstanding promotion need2bm is offering.

Its cool my man no worries. Great eye and observation on your part my friend. I can see you are a experienced bargain shopper and I commend you for your experience and dedication to getting a good deal on a great product my friend.

Please do not feel I was trying to be a **** in any kind of way because that is defiantly not who I am. If at anytime you feel I am being confrontational about something please feel free to let me know and I will clarify as much as I can. Also my reps for the most part I try and teach them to be the same way however I cant always expect them to represent who I am and how I do business perfectly and accurately at all times in all instances.

My friend yes Mrsupps.com did have a "blow out sale" for epi-strong "once" and the price of the epi strong during that "sale" was 25.99. That was that sale and this is now this sale my friend. I am not really sure what that sale has to do with this sale and why You keep attacking me When ever and where ever you can find the chance.

The customer is right and yes the product once sold this year at 25.99 but this was a blow out sale a long time ago back around 02-23-2010 to be exact. I think its awesome that you have ether been keeping up with all of our sales or you have spent countless hours digging for this kind of information.

The price of 25.99 was advertised once on the prohormone forum that you were a part of and I am sure that is how you dug up that price about the big sale we had a long time ago on 02-23-2010 and ended who knows when. I am sorry that that sale ended and maybe it will come back again some day. I hope the fact that you brought it up was because you liked the sale and not in some wild attempt to paint a picture that we are trying to be shady lol.. a price drop sale 5-6 months ago really give no reason to bring it up now and parade it around like it was a bad thing. I think that was a awesome sale and a very good thing, however that was then and this is now.

Anyway I have noticed you seem to have a aggressive streak. I have noticed that not only have you jumped all over NTBM and mrsupps.com as a company and there products in this thread but on other parts of the forums to. Also seeking out reps of the company and being the aggressor when ever you find the chance to do so. This aggression does not stop at just NTBM though and it seems in your short 40-50 post here on Am you have shown a pattern. A pattern I do hope does not continue but looks as though it might.

Now Even though you are a pretty aggressive person I am still sorry some if my reps got worked up and I have spoken to them to let them know no matter what some one says or does.
