all at home workout and had to get creative. Luckily i have a pullup bar that you can put on a door frame.. then i decided to row my wife. She is about 115 lbs and she curled up in a ball and i grabbed her and rowed her while standing between two chairs to get a full tange of motion lol i then burned out biceps with my wifes Lewin platform.

Perfect leg workout! Focused on slow tempo. The last burn out was not as brutal as I liked.. but i was running out of time and was all my body handled haha. Kept my feet very narrow and toes pointed out.
Noticed i didn’t do PHAT this week. Wanted to change it up and keep things fun. Tattoo appointment tomorrow so i will be out from legs for at least a week. Next week upper body bro type split. .. i might continue that split we shall see. It feel nice now that i gained strength over the last half year doing PHAT so i can work with more load in the 8-12 rep range.

ASSASS1NATE would be the more logical assumption..
 
Most likely assass1nate is helping, but Like iamyourfather stated i think i’m at a slight deficit. I lowered oats by 33%. I’m going to keep it like that for the remainder
 
if you are getting leaner (which you do obviously) while keeping strength i think both is working - assass1nate and uro B.

for a slight deficit which you dont even feel, you are leaning out very well!

Correct. I am actually bummed out that i am only 3 days away from starting my last massacr3 bottle.
Assass1nate at times really helps in making me eat less during lunch. .. but sometimes it doesn’t.. not really consistent. i am not sure how well it will suppress hunger when i do start lowering more carbs after massacr3 haha,

Assass1nate is more GDA than Fat Burner or appetite suppressor.

As far as progress, yes very minimal progress, but i feel i have made some especially when seeing myself post workout in comparison to before.
I want to emphasize that I am “testing” these products out and I stated earlier that i would alter very little my diet to gauge how much of an effect the products had. So far the strength and performance is awesome, but i agree that this isn’t making huge gains and I don’t think any “natty” product will. I would say that this has been better than xgels for me especially just running this without the need for additional items (PA, baby aspirin). One more month that I am invested in this. Thanks for the feedback

Not really. I have a few mesomorph samples. I personally don’t really like it and prefer other pre’s.

Haha! Definitely you! I am only at ~400mg of caffeine per day sometimes less. I can also do without DMAA.. well off the chain product i do like and i have bloodshot saved for whenever I feel like getting freaky. But like i mentioned before while being on massacr3, and i have done this before, i can do with just a cup of coffee or a caffeine pill.

What a great workout today! I did a lot of controlled reps today and just rip apart my back. Good way to finish off my 2nd bottle.
I’m loving the “bro split” style right now. The rep schemes are brutal and not even the e9 is helping speed up recovery. My front delts are cooked. Once my knee heals, hopefully after this week, i’m going to emphasize legs more and take advantage of this final bottle for them.

Down in weight today 190. Bench felt nice.. really tore up my chest tonight. Last set of bench was 135 with like 3 second lowering and blasting up through out all 10 reps.. the preworkout concoction i did sucked ass don’t do it. I got in the zone a bit nothing great haha. Before last set of flys i grabbed 70lbs DB and incline pressed to pre fatigue. I decided to splurge a bit and go to dinner. 12 sashimi, 6 sushi, and 2 beers. Cals/ macros before dinner: 1350, f/c/p, 54g/84g/132g.

Today was about checking my strength and form on my deadlifts and squats... and wreck my body before i throw the diet out the window tonight haha. Having family over for the UFC fight and I want to let loose. The final workouts i didn’t bother logging. I was just going for pump. No updated pics today. I’m already feeling tired and legs are already starting to feel sore!
 
I did back squats for the first time ever pretty much yesterday on the smith machine, due to front squatting for years i find the balance of back squats odd so are much easier on the smith machine.

Nice. I’ve been improving my form and better balancing the front squats. My goal is to put more mass to my legs.

Well now i am confused.. i had health diagnostic this morning. Last night when i weighed myself i was 196.. but today this morning 185.. 10lbs fluctuation seems too much. I’m guessing the gym digital scale is off
