That’s what I am expecting now that it is longer. When i stopped ep1logue (8 weeks) the difference was small and I kept a lot of my strength, endurance went down thoughYou're realize all the difference it makes once you drop it....

Rest day today. Last night was our annual game night so a few drinks (kept them as shots with hydracharge or zero calorie sparkling water)... but i indulged in tacos, oreos, chips, candy hahaha
Feeling bloated today so i fasting it out.
Next week only be able to train 3 days. Mon-Wed and then i am off for a 6 day mini vacation to Arizona. I might throw in some workouts but not really going to fixate on that. After that i’ll only have 2 weeks left of massacr3 before i stop![]()

I also find this type of machine very uncomfortable when selecting higher weight. On the leg press machine where i add plates and you push at an upward angle, then yes i work with 500+ lbsYou could easily do 2x of your squat weight on the Leg Press. Just curious to know why are you doing these weights on leg press.

220lbs was a PR for me with my new and improved bench form. The pumps were insane today and my arms felt very big. Massacr3 seemed to have kicked in another notch while taking my vacation. This whole week i’ve been bloated for some reason, but upper chest and back and shoulders and arms have been looking much bigger. Legs and glutes also feel bigger.
Thanks. I’ve done 225 for a feww reps before but with shyte form. Driving with my front shoulders. Since starting this log i adjusted my form and went down in working weight but it has been marvelous. Finally building strength with form.Congrats on the PR![]()
