Yesterday was a rest day (02/04/2018). Went to a beer and food gathering in LA and enjoyed some snacks, a beer, and ice cream. I stopped by my sisters house afterward and caught the first half and the halftime show of the super bowl. Ate a ton of fish and had a handful of beers. Good times yesterday.

Low carb day today. I got some samples for review of hypermax. Sipped on that morning and early morning. Really really sore today (upper body) legs seem to be almost fully recovered. Will be doing an evening walk with my pup. Not much else to report.

One of the most pleasant effects I've been regurarly experiencing with Amnes1a is the surprisingly good mood upon waking. I normally use to be a lil grumpy for about 1-2 hours after waking up lol, now I'm nice and mellow right away :dance:

I really needed extra caffeine today haha. I did a final burn out set on shoulder press machine and the pumps hurt soooo bad and it kept hurting like 10 min after working out. I was walking around grocery in pain lol. Great session. I feel i look even leaner.. hopefully it’s true...

Wonderful leg workout todAy. Glutes are shaking just standing. Lunch was low carb so i only dosed 1 assass1nate. My tennis elbow felt worse today so i ordered some genoflex. Note that tennis elbow isn’t joint related but i probably hurt my ligamets in my forearm. Hopefully the cissus helps me, it always does when i use chaos and pain helios. Tomorrow chest and most likely nudes

How is your hunger with this? Up or the same?
No change. Assass1nate can reduce my appetite at times. On rare occasions it can kill it and i force myself to eat. But i wouldn’t call it a long lasting appetite suppressant. Maybe like 1 hr tops

Edit. Forgot to mention that I increased my protein this week and will not follow the carb cycling so much. Perhaps only on days i feel i need it. I adjusted my macros calculator for 35/35/30 (p/c/f) since logging yesterday looks like i am more around 40/40/20.

Very happy today. I made some bench gains. 190x5 reps and they felt light and my form felt even more comfortable. Slowly i will be adding to my bench. The OH single arm tri extensions felt great. For years i ignored those because i wouldn’t “feel” anything.. i like how you get to connect better with your body over time and these worked out perfectly for me to target the long head today. Muscle connection was perfect without any pain (which i get from skull crushers).
I also added weight to my overhead press 135 lbs. 4 rep range, 1st rep strict form and the other 3 i used very little momentum from my knees, but i had to do it to get the feel for added weight.

No flex. Just standing upright. They might have been extra pumped from the DB romanian deadlifs. What i did differently today was maintained strict scapular retraction when lowering the db’s and not allow my shoulders to round.. this kept constant tension on the traps.

Here is 2 week progress right side was last pics i updated ~ 2 weeks ago

I too have been indirectly targeting them.. and i seem to be making great gains there. Which i am super happy about, since it is one of the areas that i could never grow.
