Went with some machine work instead of cables for lat pulldowns today for a change of pace. Great pump on these. Also dropped my weight back down on Yates rows to really squeeze the contraction hard. Pumps were good today. I can tell I'm not using the Condense every day like I was for about a week cause, the pumps are not as strong but still very good. Another great day brought to you by Muscle Marinade and Condense :)

Bro you are looking swole the hell up and still pretty lean. If you have a size goal you could definitely rock your current level of leanness through the summer while clean bulking and be proud of what you got going on. You are looking good and extremely thick! Be proud brother, I have a littl ways to go to get back to an 11.5 I am easily 15% + right now.

Arms were SMOKED today. I've been dropping my weights some to focus more on the contractions and I gotta say I've been enjoying it. My right shoulder does NOT like close grip bench press. I've been pinching my shoulder blades together, keeping elbows tight, and bringing the bar to my lower chest and still a lot of discomfort doing these. Might have to switch to cable pressdowns for my mass lift. This was the best pump day so far. I tried to hurry home and get some pics but was a few minutes late. At the end of the high cable curls pumps were so strong I couldn't hardly straighten my arms out lol. Great day today! Condense seems to work even Better when saturated for a few days btw.
 
Yeah I've heard the green apple is better then watermelon. If it is then its gotta be amazing cause the watermelon is the best tasting supp I've ever drank.
 
You will like it a lot man. Takes a few days to build up but once it does its amazing pumps. You won't be dissapointed. See that Purus reps? That's how you sell a product! So.....When do I start work? :P

I was dog ass tired this morning. Didn't get home from work until 4am. Then I had kids waking me up at 6, 7 and 8. Finally got up around 10. Slammed Condense and MM then hit the gym. Energy was great despite the lack of sleep I had. Endurance was actually very good also. Had some great pumps during my FST7 sets with some major vascularity in my front and side delts as well as the traps. I've never used nitrates before in my PWO but after using Condense I'm definitely a fan now.

I took out upright rows and overhead shoulder flys today due to some tenderness I've been trying to overcome in my right shoulder for the last week. Presses were pretty rough but after the first couple of reps they felt better. I think I read somewhere about this being a foreshadow of shoulder injury. I'll continue to work around it and maybe go get a deep tissue massage soon. Shrugs were fun btw :P

Btw nitrates ftw!!!

Bcaa nitrat3s and creating nitrate pre wo are the best this gs that have happened to me. I love that pump i get and it does miracles for the vascularity.

How do you like slin shot? All the logs and reviews ob it have been mixed. Some ppl have reacted really strongly to it while others have little to no raction. Does it have to do with your insulin sensitivity?

1 cap for 35 carbs I do ;-)

Not sure yet Manny :) first dose ever this morning with oatmeal. Will keep u updated tho. Yeah helps with insulin sensitivity, nutrient uptake and glycogen replinishment.
 
Calves are still lagging. Wish my knees weren't shot so I could really make these legs grow!

Sooooooooo I tried some Slin-Shot this morning about 2 hours before training with 50g of carbs from oatmeal and 40g isolate. 20 mins before training 1 scoop Muscle Marinade and 2 scoops of Condense. HOLY CRAP! I thought my body was going to explode! Had some SICK ass pumps in my quads and chest. The pics dont show it but had some good vascularity. After training my knees were killing me and I wasnt sure I was going to make it up the stairs at the house. Might have to switch up the program for legs. The FST7 isnt doing them any favors but the pumps are so good its hard to get away from it. Knees have goten so bad I can hardly train legs every week because I become incapacitated for days on end. Kept Bench movements a little lighter and lower reps to let the shoulder recoup some also.

There are a lot of factors with insulin mimetics/potentiators. I would say insulin sensitivity could play a role in that definitely. It's hard to really narrow it down.

I've noticed with all these types of products it's mixed. Not one is amazing for everyone. So it can take some playing around.
 
Glad the addition of the SlinShot seems to help increased the pumps with some added carbs!
Another reason (I forget this all the time for some reason) is that the ingredient in Slinshot potentiates creatine uptake above normal which is always a good thing!
