Arms were SMOKED today. I've been dropping my weights some to focus more on the contractions and I gotta say I've been enjoying it. My right shoulder does NOT like close grip bench press. I've been pinching my shoulder blades together, keeping elbows tight, and bringing the bar to my lower chest and still a lot of discomfort doing these. Might have to switch to cable pressdowns for my mass lift. This was the best pump day so far. I tried to hurry home and get some pics but was a few minutes late. At the end of the high cable curls pumps were so strong I couldn't hardly straighten my arms out lol. Great day today! Condense seems to work even Better when saturated for a few days btw.
