Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Posing is getting better monte, just continue to improve on the bouncing.

Also, take your pants off like junior said. Full homo

Aye. Just got home yesterday so I haven't been able to do that yet. Kids don't wanna see dad in the front room in his underwear lol.

Well, today is Father's Day. If there is one day where you feel like walking around in your underwear without a care in the world, today would be that day. :)

well just let it all out there, Canada

:squint: Don't make me come down there and inject you with a bunch more estrogen.

Looking a lot better man.
I'd suggest pulling that forward shoulder back more, at the same time trying to externally rotate the arm but you're pulling it backwards with the back hand, this will make your arms and Delts pop more.

Also legs looked better the second time you hit the pose, hamstrings were hanging more, but it might have been the lighting

Quote of the day.

Son - Daddy you have a six pack.
Me - Yes I do son....yes I do *grin*

That have me a good laugh! My kids like to feel my biceps and say, "it's like you swallowed a rock!" Kids are so cool! I like to think my kids are arguing with other kids at school saying how "MY dad has bigger muscles than YOUR dad!"

That's awesome

So! After my vacation week and father's day, along with some other things that went on the last two days, I'm back in action on here!

Some prep updates and stuff.

Weight holding right at 200 lbs. Strength and endurance are still good to go but sleep is getting a bit hard to come by.

We transitioned into a reverse diet phase starting yesterday by adding a small amount of carbs to a couple meals and also post training on training days. This should start to really harden me up in the next two weeks while continuing to lean out, and take advantage of the "stack" I'm currently running.

Cardio right now is two thirty five minute LISS sessions twice a day three times a week.

Weight training has remained the same but rest periods are in the thirty second range. Rep ranges are NOT high. Im keeping the rep ranges in the ten to fifteen area but movements are deliberate and contractions are being forced and held extra hard. Really focusing on separation in the muscles right now. As we move father along and I'm more depleted I will lower the weights a tad but focusing on the form will prevent the injury aspect that so many people fear this stage of prep.

My stack.....Well atm 80mg epi. 210mg tvar. 20mg sd. 300mg trt. 150mcg clen. Tren bumps to 240 soon for duration. Epi bumps to 100 soon for duration. Clen stays here for a few days. Trt dose drops in half next week for duration. Adex will start to be used at .5mg ed tomorrow for duration unless I bump it up. Nolva starts tomorrow at 20mg ed for duration.

My other supps too btw.

Six caps MAX Pump, two scoops high volume, one scoop Stimul8, 3g taurine, 190mg potassium pre workout.

Lcar, alcar thirty mins before first and third meal then before bed.

Forskilin three times daily.

Animal flex mid day.

Active multi mid day.

Cycle support mid day.

3g taurine mid day.

1g nac mid day then eight hours later.

BCAA/SAA when hunger cravings hit.

Doing great Montana. Certainly some things to work on with posing but you are definitely improving. The second side chest pose in the last video looked pretty. Recommendations for the set up, When you extend your arm out in front of you during the set up make sure it is parallel to the floor not at angle also remember to present your triceps. Right now you are going through all the right motions but you need to consider each part a presentation. My suggestion for a nice fluid set up would be to bring the front arm up parallel as you bring your front foot up into position to spike the calve. The whole time displaying your triceps, also keep your hand either supinated or in neutral postion when you show the triceps. Right now you are pronating that arm which rotates it at the shoulder turning the arm over so that you can not see the large head of the triceps hanging off your arm like a big meaty roast. Also, I know you are doing posing practice but are you actually holding these poses for 30-60 seconds in full on flex? You need to do this to get control of the shaking or you will look like a leaf in a rainstorm up there on stage. Same with standing in "Relaxed Positions" you need to be able to stand legs flexed abs tight, arms flexed lats flared for minutes at a time so you will want to be able to hold those for several minutes at a time. You do not want to be the guy on stage not remaining tight when others are being called out. By the way your legs have officially become freakish, you are really looking amazing! Oh the progress pics, I don't think you looked any better on Sunday than Saturday you just had light coming in from the side on Saturday and not on Sunday so the lines have more shadow but condition looks to be the same or maybe even better on Saturday in my opinion. On your front relaxed shots lift your ribcage and expand it so your chest sits up really high. Like you do in the side chest basically. Then flare your lats, remember bring your shoulders forward just a little bit and let them drop out just like in the rear shot. Then the lats will fill the space you mentioned feeling silly about. Once you have your lats flared you can use them to resist your pecs and visa versa to tighten up the entire package.

Thanks Chris. As many eyes as possible helps a ton.

Had my first massage today. Hour and a half of semi deep tissue. Was awesome and very painful at the same time.

My IT band in my left leg was REALLY tight. She worked out most of that pretty well though. Also in the right side of my upper back my rhomboids and traps were extremely tight as well. Those she couldn't get all the way loose but I can definitely tell a difference in my ROM. Everything else was tight bit not too bad and she worked out a knot on each lat so that might actually open my back up a bit more :)

Awesome make sure to drink extra water today to wash out those toxins. A lot of toxins are released during a good massage.

This is true...You can actually get sick after a massage because of it.

Vacation sounds like it was a good time, Monty - less than 4wks to lay it down! Looking good, stay strong thru that stack. I'm sure it's not the comfiest ride.

Flooding this bytch with vids. This is after my arm session today before my massage. I'm just trying to get into the right positions. Not worrying about holding them unless I have the pose down because what's the point?

Getting closer. Gotta work in that arm being parallel and not supinated when I stick it out.

Yeah so far it's not TOO bad. Quite a few sleepless nights and my temper is a tad short. Also I feel a bit spaced out until later in the morning. With my TRT still in play I'm not really lethargic but I expect that to show up some in a week when I drop it down.

On the bright side I haven't been using any caffeine besides pwo side starting the clen :)

In court this morning for my kiddo. Hopefully everything goes smoothly! The Momma is trying to move about five hours away and Monte isn't gonna let that happen without a fight. Wish me luck!

Good luck buddy

Muscle control is the point. Even if you don't have it locked in perfectly you will be building the muscle control and stamina required to hold a pose for a while flex and make it look effortless. If you are standing up there trembling because of lack of muscle control or stamina they will definitely take points away from your posing portion. The last thing you want is to go in with the best physique and have someone softer come in and take your trophy because they could hold the poses better. If comparisons are close you could be up there for a few minutes in just 1 pose. That becomes extremely challenging even if you have been holding poses for 60 seconds for weeks.

For the most part your poses are on point it is getting into them that you have the most problems. Once into them you look pretty damn legit so start holding them for 30 seconds each and run through your mandatory and each side of your relaxed for 30 second holds each and do it 3 times for each pose. I just don't want you getting up there and suddenly realizing you didn't put enough emphasis on conditioning yourself to hold the poses for a long time.

As far as setting the legs up like Snags has been telling you, when you set the legs up look down at your front thigh the side closest to the front of the stage it should be so that your hip is a little closer to the front of the stage than the knee. If you drew a line going along that side of the thigh it should be pointing just slightly back toward the corner instead of being parallel to the edge of the stage.

Oh yeah other than that the physique is really coming in nicely!!!!

Good luck in court brother.

Quick question about the two a days for cardio. Are those 3 days a week rest days or added to training?

Cardio comes weather I train or not. It's three days a week. Two sessions a day on those three days. No matter if I train or not.

Oh okay so if a training day you are actually doing 3 a days? It is definitely working.

yes exactly on the legs kleen, nice way to explain it
monte is getting some good advice in here from multiple sources, but I told him at outset to look into hiring a coach to help him hands-on in the process....so much better instruction and understanding can be gleaned, and comfort level will skyrocket
to his credit tho, he is coming along...

in other news...tasty lil snack yesterday, pulled out another hi-carb day

Invalid Link Removed

this was 1/2c steel-cut oats, large banana and 1c blueberries, with 1 scoop elite vanilla protein powder, drenched in almond milk
tasty stuff

and this was me putting on my shirt this morning - not flexing, just in the "process" of putting my shirt on (while taking pic - I'm talented that way lol) - but I feel (and look) different these days when I put clothes on hehehe

bout time to go into reduced fare for a small minute, clean up the composition again before I move on to continue the lean bulk
feeling pretty damn thick these days tho..weight back up to the 203-204 range
not playing tennis has had pretty immediate effect on my ability to hold onto the weight, esp combined with the cumulative increases in nutrition intake

Looks like a great stack of supplements.

Curious do you prefer Lcar and alcar over LCLT?

Some vids after a VERY light leg session today. Was really sore. I'm guessing it was from the massage so I took it easy.

A bit off center in the first pose and my arms were elevated too much. Also I didn't have them rotated back enough. I'm the lat spread I missed the width I get normally but the setup was perfect.....could see the striations in my lower lats wich surprised me quite a bit.
Legs back: Invalid Link Removed

In this video I was trying to stay a bit more upright to stretch out the loose skin on my stomach bit my abs weren't popping like they can. When I bent more at the rib cage they came out to play though. Leg position doesn't seem right.
Leg focus abs: Invalid Link Removed

2nd video says private.

I can see them. I like the one leg forward set up for the Front Thigh and Abs better myself. It just looks more aesthetic and makes better lines. On the abs this will sound kind of weird but lock the abs down, IE lower the ribcage by conrtacting the abs hard, while also creating thoracic extension by trying to arch your upper back to keep the chest upright. In otherwords pull down and lockdown with the abs while trying to keep the rest of the upper body tall and upright. I am probably not explaining is as good as I could but doing my best.

See here how you can tell Lee's ribcage is lowered and locked down but it is not "crunched" as in upper body is not hanging over it but directly above the abdominal wall by maintaining thoracic extension. A lot of times you see people "crunching" down a lot to get the abs to pop but it only takes about an inch of movement of the ribcage down to get a full and tight contraction. Any extra bending is hiding some of the details in the the rest of the upper body as well as overshadowing the abs due to upper body blocking the lighting.

Wow, big change! Looking better every week!
Good stuff Monty!
:)

Night and day difference Monty!!! well done!

Looking good homeslice

Legs today.

Cybex leg press
Worked up using sets of ten all the way to failure. Think I started at 150 and capped at 400 with twenty pounds jumps each set....it sucked.

Romanian split squats
Four sets of twelve with body weight and three second negatives. Iso hold to collapse on last rep each set.

Smith lunges
These were rough after the Romanians. Four sets to failure on each leg.

Leg extension
Alternating from left to right leg no rest between. Seven sets in each side

Smith calf raises
Five sets of ten with ten body weight raises immediately after. No rest between these sets.
Then five sets of twelve with slightly more weight followed immediately by a strip set to failure. Repeat five times.

Tried some posing after but I was shaking like a leaf. Think I might finally be feeling the ill effects of the stack. Got two rounds in of mandatory and quarter turns before I started to black out.

OH! Also to note. I went to talk to a posing coach....yeah he wanted an arm and a leg that I can't afford. He only offered ten sessions not single sessions and it came with a "meal plan". Tried to explain to him I just needed posing help bit he wouldn't bite. Oh well. Back to the drawing board.

dude you are in the houston area - you telling me you cannot find a posing coach who will set up a few sessions and nothing else?
I know a lot of those guys like to go full boat on you and charge you for their "cookie cutter plan" and set # of sessions, but still..oughtta be somebody you can find that will drop basic poses on your for fairly cheap
alas - the time to figure this out and try to get something together is NOT 3 weeks out from your show..this is why I have been harping on you for so long now

anyway...tennis for me today, no weights
was good, nice 2 set win for me 6-4 7-6 (4)
will be facing my kid again this week - last time we played he unleashed a new serve on me, really threw me for a loop when I figured out it wasn't just an accident after he did it the first few times...it's a high kick serve that also slices at the last minute, extremely tough to hit firmly, and when he adds a bit more speed to it that thing it will be just ugly :scared:
