Had my first massage today. Hour and a half of semi deep tissue. Was awesome and very painful at the same time. My IT band in my left leg was REALLY tight. She worked out most of that pretty well though. Also in the right side of my upper back my rhomboids and traps were extremely tight as well. Those she couldn't get all the way loose but I can definitely tell a difference in my ROM. Everything else was tight bit not too bad and she worked out a knot on each lat so that might actually open my back up a bit more![]()
