Steve's diets don't usually call for 12k cal chili, bacon, cheese and ham cheeseburgers lol.

wow...no explanation for this, but I was having the best knee day (pain-free and mobile) I have had in quite awhile..
able to pound out some serious weight for my sets of 6-rep BB squats --- digging it!
wish could capture this lubricated feeling in a bottle for on-demand use, ahaaa
training endeavors continue to be fairly solid, I am pleased

well...figured my quads would be tender vittles this morning, but not yet
instead, it's my hams that are tore down! I mean I was mauling some decent weight for RDLs as well, but didn't think I'd be sore there
guess I did have a good stretch tho, with a nice slow tempo and pause

I find nice deep squats smash my hammies worse than quads most days. Especially when I "pre exhaust" my hammys with curls or RDL. If I don't pre exhaust it's like my hams and glutes have no part in my squat at all and it's heavily a quad dominated exercise.

well, I was doing ATGs on the squats..
but I usually don't notice this kind of soreness in hams, w/o direct heavy work there
soreness could have been combination of both I would imagine
in any event - I am not complaining, actually I quite like it! :D
