interesting feedback well, I was doing ATGs on the squats.. but I usually don't notice this kind of soreness in hams, w/o direct heavy work there soreness could have been combination of both I would imagine in any event - I am not complaining, actually I quite like it!![]()
Did you have the bar a little lower than normal or anything? Supposedly (I've never noticed a difference) a low bar position engages hams more.
Definitely a good thing. I love when my hammies and glutes are roasted. They need a lot of work and that let's me know I did it right.
