Red wine may have been it but I swear I heard 1 shot of vodka too but thanks for the clarification. That's what I thought the reasoning was, but I can never be certain.
 
About to knock out the shoulder portion of the workout that I didn't get in today. Don't have all the right equipment but I'll make sure with what I do have. Throwing in my cardio post lift and I just had my last meal of the night so that should be sufficient to feed the muscles from the work.

Back on the grind guys! Renewed focus and drive!

Vodka and red wine are very popular the night before. I'm talking very little amount here. I experimented in my prep with half glass of red wine and I seemed a tighter upon rising. Didn't do it show day as my coach was against it so I listened.

Not saying which is right or wrong just a bit of info to toss around :-)

First thing I thought of when I saw the first pic was James Hetfield. Maybe it's just a chin hair thing.

Rear Delt raises on incline bench. Hard squeeze at the top. Had to stop for a few seconds on all sets to get the last five or so.

I have heard the red wine and a shot of vodka. I do know 1 shot or a glass of wine will make you crazy vascular for certain.

Your right is wicked too the tribal tattoo doesn't really take much away from the other shoulder more the good lighting is on the left side.

Last night's shoulder work. Did the best with what I had.

Meadows rows – 2 warm up sets of 10, then pyramid up. I want 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps. Work these hard. 4 total work sets. (Think ive finally got the form down. Deep stretch and can really feel the contraction. I move my stance up a bit so the bar is in line farther back on my thigh. Can feel it more in the lower lat like this. Used extra slow tempo to account for starting a bit light on the first two working sets.)

Conventional deadlifts – I want you to do triples all the way up to a weight that you can barely get it with. We’ll count the last 3 sets as working sets. 3 total work sets.

Conventional deadlifts off a box– You will pull from a deficit on these. Stand on a box, so getting out of the hole is harder. The box should be 2-3 inches high. These are not meant to do heavy, ok. Use a lighter weight and accelerate out of the bottom. Be especially careful with posture and keeping your back tight. These are a bitch. These are very difficult. Let’s do 3 sets of 3 here. 3 total work sets.

Dumbbell pullovers – These are to be done in the style where you lay on the bench—not across it. You hang your head off the end of the bench and slowly work into a nice stretch. Meadows is a sadist of the noblest blood. I like how he structures things, and he borders on insanity with his programming (not the Shawn T insanity). Watching some of the logs makes me want to puke, but seeing the results makes up for it. You will benefit greatly from this program Monte.

Not adding any weight for the bar. That's just the plates. Seven 25lb plates doesn't leave much room to grab onto the bar though btw lol.

Using the tbar row machine though I don't use straps since the end is small.

was and reg- the pics you found are of guys that arent experienced. im not saying it couldnt happen but take a look at professional muscle. theres some dudes over there logging it and it looks straight legit cant tell the difference. i've also seen rumors kevin Levrone and a few others that used to smoke (helped with pain tolerance) the night prior to shows would get every muscle injected with x amount of oil to give it that extra pop pre show. i think flex did too even. cant say they were ugly. some of the best physiques in the sport.

Well four days ago we took my nine year old twin girl to the Dr with a cough. She had only been coughing a day or two but started a fever. Dr said she has pneumonia.

Thursday my wife got sent home from work with a cough and nausea. She went to the Dr and she has bronchial pneumonia. Yesterday after I went to work she was running a temp of 103 and went back to the Dr and they say she also has the flu.

I've been coughing since yesterday afternoon. Last night it got pretty bad and I woke up a couple times last night soaked in sweat with cold chills so I had a fever as well. Hopefully it broke last night and is gone for good.

We have the kids spread out so they don't all get sick and hopefully everyone gets better by Monday lol.

Haha, I just started watching American Horror Story on Netflix watched the first 2 seasons over the last two weeks. Sadistic stuff there I think the darkness of it got me a bit... Awesome show if you like horror and or mind fukk kind of shows though!

Not sure but if you look at Scott Steiner the old WCW wrestler he used it. His arms never changed shape. Relaxed or flexed that always had a crazy peak, well at least when full...
