Looks Good! you got it. I try to squeeze it at the top and really try to feel it in the upper chest and not the shoulders.Chin ups I did 4 x BW+90lbs, hehe! Pull ups are a different animal and I don't dare to go too heavy on them, can feel something in the shoulder, call it precognition.
Can't really feel the RPG, but it may be due to all the stuff I'm on. As the nutrient profile is convincing and the taste is good, I'm inclined to buy some of it and "abuse it chronically", LOL.

Yes! I also find adding Cordygen helps even more with endurance if you're doing cardio or lift with short rest periods like the circuit training I do.Is RPG good for both lifting and cardio?
