I have been off for the summer from any heavy lifting and have my whole abundance of time to dedictae to getting back into shape. In the past and even now, I have ran a log of my journey back to bodybuilding after being injured with a tricep tendon tear which did require surgery for reattachment.
I am able to update info on the products results, sides, etc, daily. I like the products that are able to utilize an alternative delivery of main ingerdient. I have been to your website and read it entirely. I am not new to the supplement, PS/Ph scene and dont try things out without thouroughly researching them. Your product interests me because it has a very unique delivery system that's more orally absorbable than pills. Also, I'm desperate to find something out there that can really transform my physique into a more muscular build.
Current Training: I am as of now and for the next couple of months following a whole body workout mainly using hammer strength machines. I do free bar leg work like deadlifts and squat but, currently not going all out just yet due to fear of reinjuring myself.
Supplements: I have after years of trial,error and honestly ignorance, figured that diet is key. The supplements I used in the past include: Pro-hormones, prosteroids, test boosters, methylated prohormones, whey protien, creatine, AI's, glutamine and other BCAAs, gh stimulators (l-dopa, secretegogues, etc.), and Fish oil. I am really keyed in to my diet.
Diet: I start my morning off with a huge breakfast, as I am trying to absorb all the nutrients I can early so the rest of the day can be spent burning off extra calories. I drink tons of water with every meal to ensure all nutrients are used to there fullest extent. My breakfast includes 4 egg omlet, a bowl of oatmeal, and a piece of fruit. Slowly thru the day I make my meals smaller and smaller and nothing after 10 p.m. All I eat is chicken, steak, fish, rice, potatoes, and a big variety of leafy green vegetables at lunch and dinner. The snacks I have usually consist of nuts, lowfat cottage cheese, lowfat yogurt, protein shakes, fruit and the sort. But, I do like to indulge once a week at a chinese buffet or have a few slices of pizza.
PCT: I am throughly prepared to run a competent PCT. PCT I believe is the most important part of a cycle, so you may keep gains and make sure your body is set back to normal.I will have on hand of course a serm, but also will have a host OTC products in stock. I woulkd like to use AI Cycle support, Thermo Life Liver Longer and have always wanted to try IBE Formex. The supplements I listed above will also still be in use.
Goals: What I would like to gain from this product is a solid 8-10LBS of lean muscle and experience some of its thermogenic effetcs as I do need some leaning out. In my life all I am concerned about is strength. My current bench has dropped due to my tricep injury early this year. Just recently, I have started to hit some chest and tricep work again and it feels great to be back, no pain at all and my tricep feels strong. Since I dont know when the winners will be chosen I would expect in the next 3-4 weeks to continue to progress in further enhancing my physique. I'm happy with the amount of bodyfat I've dropped since coming back from my surgery (from 25% to 12%) and hope to retain my results while putting on lean quality muscle mass with your product, Microdrol.
