There will also be some other goodies in there (ALCAR, Anadraulic Pump, Cycle Shield, lots of aminos, lots of fish oil, the works). Gonna be a fun 12 weeks!

Formadrol may be overkill, even the new Anadraulic State. My .02

Looks good but I wouldnt start the Formadrol until the start of week 3.
 
I had thought that it may be overkill to throw in the Form. But why would the AS be overkill?
 
The profile for AS just shows it to affect est levels and test and all that. no need for that when you've got Testopro and ghenorate rockin. Of course every LG rep will tell you you are good to go but you could have longer results if you used AS after your PCT. Your flucuation in hormones after coming off cycle could be too big. Much nicer to keep things steady and smooth for a longer period of time. not to mention stretching that dollar.
 
I think youd be fine w/ just nolva and a test booster, if anything add a cortisol blocker

Relora has done good things for me over the years. I'm sure the combo will do me good for my pct.
 
Just remembered that Reset has shiz in it. So all I need is another bottle of Relora and I'm all set.

....except that Big just talked me into switching over to Clomid instead of Nolva lol. So some Relora and Clomid and I'm all set.
 
It seems like more people say Clomid treated them better but I've also seen more studies that show Nolva is better at restoring HPTA. Either is good IMHO.

One of Clomid's main mechanism's of action is increasing production of gonadotropins by inhibiting negative feedback on the hypothalamus which leads to the recovery of the system.

Nolva is used to stimulate FSH, but only in women with anovulatory disorders. Clomid can be used by many females and because of this property is used in bodybuilding.

I just don't like the clomid for more than 2 weeks. Thats why I usually run clomid for 2 weeks and nolva throughout and after the clomid. Clomid makes me feel less manly and bitchy.

Be good if you already have it on hand "just in case" shutdown is harder than expected but I doubt it will be.
 
Met- Are you taking I-GH-1 with your Ghenerate? You may have mentioned this somewhere but I doubt I could find where, lol.

No I am not. I did try takign 1-C with it but I got anxiety from the two together so I discontinued it. Now its just Ghenerate.
 
I think they should be run togeher for sure. I-GH1 is formulated to suppress Somatostatin which is crucial in getting a good release in growth hormone. If this doesnt happen I would suspect Ghenerate to not work as well as it could.

Not trying to call you out or anything, ha. Thats just what I think.

Props to LG for addressing the Somatostatin issue with I-GH-1 so they could work together. Now send me some so I can test it! Ha, J/K :)
 
I totally agree but what am I to do if I get anxiety from the duo? I guess I could drop my Ghen dose down to 4/4 or 3/3 and take my 1-C along side that.

Hmm, have some thinking to do.

Hmm, I've never heard that. But I seriously doubt an OTC GH supp will be able to boost natural GH levels to limits where that would be an issue. I could be wrong though.

When I ran HGHup I didnt feel any anxiety but got great results. I may try Ghen next, but I'm still not sure.

It may not be experienced by others but it happens to me. I hate it. I've had to pull my car over because of it a couple of times. It also kept me up at nights.
 
Yeah it sucks. I have experimented with Ghen/1-c like 2 or 3 times now and every time I start it up, the anxiety starts up again. When I discontinue, it goes away. :dunno:

the IGH-1 and GHenorate stacked is an awesome combo. Take it from me, they work great together.

Met- I notice a bit of anxiety from large doses of GHenerate when I have tried 10 pumps or so. But it's never been overwhelming, just kinda an edge of the seat feeling. I prefer 8/8 with 4 tabs of IGH-1 with the PM dose of the GHenerate.

I tell you guys what. I will lower my PM dose to 5 sprays and throw in 800mg 1-c and move up from there. We'll see if I can make this work.

The anxiety from a lot of GH products is a result the levels of L-dopa crossing the brain barrier, it causes temporary overstimulation in some that can cause anxiety, flushness of skin, difficulty breathing.... Normally the tolerance goes up and the anxiety goes down sometime the doses have to be lessened.

Are the anxiety issues only coming when you stack the two? - I can honestly say I've never experienced any anxiety issues from any GH type supps other than Gaba.

Yes, it only happens when I stack Ghen and 1-c. This was at 8 sprays Ghenny tho. Maybe lowering will work better.

I seemed to get this anxiety at first when dosing 7 sprays at night, never before the workout just at night and it eventually went away.

I think the fact you amp yourself up pre workout and are active minimizes the feeling or awareness of the feeling. When still at night winding down for bed you are not using any nervous energy so any created by the product would not be diffused by the activity so the outlet is anxiety.

i have to say, I'm a pretty anxious guy and I've never noticed these symptoms - I hope I don't get paranoid over it now...

as an aside, I feel these products may greatly reduce nicotine addiction symptoms - I have like zero need for tobacco when dosing these supplements, though I normally crave even when I haven't used in awhile

i remember reading about l-dopa and nicotine withdrawl prevention yada-yada, but it failed for some reason or another. anyway, i think it works.
 
Thought I'd give mah holm bois an update on how my cycle is going. Arms are swole, getting a bit leaner (pics dont really do justice here), legs are bigger, strength is rising.
