I do 185-205 on my last set of incline bb. Last time i did flat i worked up to 245 for 8 so hope that helps. i am thinking you should get 225.
If I could hit anything over 200 that would be a PR for me. I am amped to find out :D

Today day 21. Means I'm nearing an end.:sorry:. I'm liking what I'm seeing in the mirror as well as what I am seeing in the gym. So far this supp has 2 thumbs up from me!

I would imagine about a 20 lbs increase from incline to flat, same with flat to decline. I can press about 185 for 6 on incline, 225 for 6 on flat, and 245 on decline when I am feeling good.

its funny, I'm doing 185 for 7 on incline, 195 for 7 on flat, and 185 for 7 on decline. freakin shoulder pain limits me tho on the flat + decline

Day 23 (1 week left)

I feel bad. I dont feel like I have given good enough updates and given you guys 100%. So today I am going to tell you exactly what and how I dosed my supps. This is exactly how I have done it the whole time, except the addition of bc+eaa today in place of Xtend.

Today -
9am: 2 Tpro, 200mg caffeine
9:15am: 1 scoop (5g) Pepto Pro, 30g WMS
9:35 hit the gym
9:40: warm up cardio
9:45: hit the weights

Intra w/o I sipped on 6 scoops bc+eaa..yes 6 scoops :D in a gallon of water. This stuff def taste a lot better in less water but I have needed more water lately. I've noticed a thermogenic effect from the Tpro lately. I'll go ahead and post up a pic but I gotta say I really dont feel it does me any justice at all. Whatev. At least I can see the diff in my back and side shots. Critique while I type my workout.

I've decided to start up some Relora at the end of this log. Time to get to my previous leanness at 160.

btw: tipped the scale at 185 today. Glycogen? Guess time will tell ;)

Today's #s

P/L preacher curls - 130x3-3-2=8; will stick here until I reach 20 reps
Seated hammers - shined here today. 60x17 reps :head:; and this was up 5lbs
stretch for 45 secs
Seated russian calves - 180x75; up 10lbs :D
superset with 1 set of reverse wrist curls with a 15 for 12 reps each (suicide grip)
stretch for 60 secs each
Laying leg curls - 170x5-3-3=11; up 5lbs
Squats - Hit 240x3 :woohoo: this is up 15lbs from last time :D. If I cant get at least 5 reps next time with this weight (not bloody likely), I will drop the weight 5lbs for the next time.

Damn thanks a lot man! All the things you have mentioned have been imo my best accomplishments on this cycle. I just didnt think it was visible in the photos. I've been getting mad comments from family/friends.
Do you still have gyno? I can't see it in the pics, but I know I can't see it much in my pics either, even though it's there.
Its there. Thanks tho :). The first pic, nips are fully erect. And second (today) they are maybe semi hard. I think its becoming less apparent now that my chest is growing. :)

I really hope to get rid of mine. This run of Epi doesn't seem to be doing the trick, or at least not to the degree I want. My first Epi run got rid of my pubertal gyno, but what I got from the HGW seems to be the most stubborn case I've ever had. My last Epi run got rid of what I had from MMV2, but this stuff just won't seem to go away. I thought for sure it would clear up, perhaps even on it's own. I had no idea HGW could cause all this trouble. Oi.

I'm going to be making an appointment with the plastic surgeon around here pretty soon. I want to get this taken care of.

Got in a nice 20 minute hiit session tonight. Endurance is definitely up! I havent done cardio this intense in a long time and def not at 180 lbs. I can def feel the extra load when running.

Scale said I was 183 afterwards...I pooed too :thumbsup:
 
Carbs the last few days have been around 100g on off days and 150-180g on lifting days. Will be increasing protein. I feel I need it. Also, Im afraid I really hurt my bicep today. I have a pain in the lower part of the bicep where it connect to the forearm. If it still hurts next sess, I wont work em out.

bout the only bicep i do anymore is preachers.
 
Thats actually the exercise I did today and when the pain started.
 
I had to change 2 tires on my car yesterday and used a lot of my arm strength getting those bolts loosened. I'm thinking that may be it.
