Impressive workout Rob. It is good to know the MMV3 magic was not all in my head! It is a solid compound for strength and recomp, but it does not appear to be a major player for adding weight.

Thanks for all the support guys! Yeah my goal wasnt to add weight but to 'recomp' if thats what you wanna call it. I lost some fat for sure and have put on a bit of size. We'll see what the pics say in a few days
 
Workout was half awesome, half okay today. I started taking aminos again today.

Pre w/o -
- 1 cap Slin opened up into drink
- 2 scoops Slingshot :head:..focus was unreal today!

Intra w/o -
- 1 scoop Intra aid (about 2 scoops left in tub); buying some Vassive ea8 in a few days

The w/o -
1. warmed up scap
2. Incline bb press - I got 155 for 10 last time..I figured I'd move up in reps if I stayed here which I should have done..again I ignored my instincts. DC is a live and learn routine for sure. I will listen to my instincts from now on.
95x10, 115x10, 145x6, 160x3-2-2=7 :(...I will be sticking here for more reps. I know if I had a spotter I could have gotten to 10 reps.
3. stretch - 35's for 120 secs...awesome!! I will be moving up to 40s next time
4. Seated db press - working set: 50x12-4-3; did 45s last time for 27; will be sticking at 50s next time
5. stretch for 70 secs...these are getting easy...should I stay at 60 secs or hold it longer each time? Is there something harder?
6. Seated overhead ext. - working set: 85x14-7-2=23; I got 85 for 23 reps last time but the rest pause was 11-7-5 :think: not sure what to make of this.
7. Stretch - moved up to 35 for 60 secs today :head:..this felt easy too! Pump in upper body was looking sick at this point!
8. Pullups - warmed up on assisted (totally homo), working set: added 20lbs to my bw for 5-3-2=10; will stay at 20lbs till I reach 15 or so reps
9. BB rows - 95x10, 135x10, 165x10 (added this set in), 185x8 (up 2 reps :smite:), back off to 150x14 (will up to 155 next time)
10. Lat hang - bw+25 for 60 secs..drop weight and hang with bw for another 30 secs

I dug this workout for sure. Took 2 caps SLIN post w/o and eating 65g carbs/40g protein/16g fat

oh yesterday was Day 1 of PCT...took 3 caps T-911 and 10mg Nolva pre bed. Already I am noticing..ahem..changed :hammer:

so heres a question on the counts on dc. for whatever reason, i'm using the rep range as rep range for first set prior to pause/breathing, not for whole routine. So for inclines for instance i'm ending up like 12/7/4 for reps. but met is doing hitting 11-15 for total of all 3.
 
Depends on the exersise of course Easy. If doing BB incline the total reps after all 3 failures should be in the 11-15 rep range. If using DBs for this then the rep range total would be skewed up a bit for safety...low to mid 20s. I don't remember what post it was in here that I broke down all the exersise rep ranges for Met. It's in here somewhere!

Easy, you can bump your rep ranges, if you want, for safety's sake. DC recommends this for people over 35.

So for instance 15-20 on most movements, and 20-30 on DB presses(delt/chest). You may want to do Bi's in the 20-30 range also, as progression may be better for you. Or you can just do everything in the 15-30 rep range.
 
thats about where I'm landing is roughly 20 between all 3 sets. seems to be working and not tearing my joints up :)
 
so I had lost the logs of some of my earlier workouts, but have most of the ones to match going forwards. Made some progress with today's workout. I'm looking forward to wednesday's workout :)

Had an awesome workout today. I'm sure adding in the BA helped. I seem to be a super responder to the stuff. It usually kicks in like the first or second day of using it for me.

The w/o:
1. warmed up scap and hips
2. Incline alt/sup db curls - 20x10, 25x10, 35x6, 45x14-8-7=29 reps!! Last time I did 7-6-6 reps. So I beat my first set by double and my total # by 10 reps!! :woohoo:
3. Reverse ez bar curls - 30x10, 40x10, 60x14 (+2 reps) wrist is feeling better
4. stretch for 60 secs
5. Seated calve extensions - man these killed! 45x10, 95x10, 135x12 (15 seconds at bottom/5 second negs)
6. stretch for 60 secs
7. lying leg curls - working set: 135x8-5-5=18 (+4 reps!) will move up in weight once I get close to 30 reps total.
8. Ham stretch for 60 secs with 95lbs
9. Angled leg press (close stance) - working sets: 10 plates+50x7, 6 plates +50x20; I went up 50lbs on my low rep set and I went up 50 lbs on my widow set. My widow set was too easy. I'm going to attempt 8 plates for widows next time.
10. Quad stretch for 60 secs

Was an awesome workout. Very please with how things are going. I am having trouble with my gf's camera and uploading photos. I can use my dad's digi when he get back from hawaii which is in a week. So I will just post photos at the end of my pct. What matters is what I keep at the end of all this anyway, right? At 8 or 10 weeks of my DC, I will start cruising. Right now I feel like I am far from that tho! I feel unstoppable! :smite: :head:

Anyway, I thought I'd mention how things are going with SLIN. My appetite has gotten nutz! I am sooo friggn hungry all the time! My diet has been geared more towards clean bulk since I started the SLIN and I have seen nothing but great results! Nice foods/gym pumps! FAST nutrient repartitioning :dump:. I swear I hit the can like 10 mins after eating a meal! Tis crazeh! I am seeing strength gains in the gym but it is difficult to attribute much of that to SLIN because I am taking T-911. But I know it is helping. Recovery has gotten tons faster. Sleep has been outstanding. I have been taking 1 cap pre bed, totaling 6 caps/day on workout days. On non workout days, I am taking 4 caps/day with no pre bed dose. Look forward to seeing how things turn out in the next few weeks!

MJ was still a genius... and was never a convicted pedophile.

If you're looking for a public lynching, you're in the wrong country. We tend to go the route of trial by jury / assumption of innocence.

Also, the guy had Vitiligo... which can be a pretty embarassing disease for the black community. I'd probably have my skin bleached too.

Michael was money man. I would always be in the middle of some fight defending him. I'll def be letting my kids know about him.

of course you can't get gains without going over maintenance cals, thats basically against the laws of physics (sort of like believing that michael jackson had little boys in his bed and poured wine down their throats and then just read bedtime stories). So gaining scale weight has to come from that. But I attribute the fact that its all lean mass (i've got increased definition vs when I was 12 lbs lower) to the fish oil / incarnate / leviathan combo

Good question. SLIN gives me more a food pump and Glyconutz gives me more a gym pump. I get faster nutrient repartitioning with the SLIN. I can eat more carbs and get away with it with SLIN. Glyconutz about the same as SLIN in carb distribution but I felt other things with that I did not with other partitioners. Like a feeling of well being. I got more endurance from Glyc too. I think that about covers it :scratchchin:
 
No prob man..dont get me wrong I get nasty gym pumps with SLIN too. You will love the stuff!
 
I tried the 4 per meal dosing, it worked well but I noticed no difference between 2 and 4 caps. Just sayin. If you have 3 bottles I would def take around 6-8 caps/day. I take 1 cap with smaller carb meals and 2 with the bigger ones. On some nights I take 1 pre bed. The highest I go in a day is 6 caps/day. I have gone as high as 12 caps/day and it gave me funky symptoms (headaches, very very itchy). You know your stuff. So I expect you to figure out a good dose for yourself. For me tho, Im doing well at 6/day.
