Workout was half awesome, half okay today. I started taking aminos again today.
Pre w/o -
- 1 cap Slin opened up into drink
- 2 scoops Slingshot :head:..focus was unreal today!
Intra w/o -
- 1 scoop Intra aid (about 2 scoops left in tub); buying some Vassive ea8 in a few days
The w/o -
1. warmed up scap
2. Incline bb press - I got 155 for 10 last time..I figured I'd move up in reps if I stayed here which I should have done..again I ignored my instincts. DC is a live and learn routine for sure. I will listen to my instincts from now on.
95x10, 115x10, 145x6, 160x3-2-2=7

...I will be sticking here for more reps. I know if I had a spotter I could have gotten to 10 reps.
3. stretch - 35's for 120 secs...awesome!! I will be moving up to 40s next time
4. Seated db press - working set: 50x12-4-3; did 45s last time for 27; will be sticking at 50s next time
5. stretch for 70 secs...these are getting easy...should I stay at 60 secs or hold it longer each time? Is there something harder?
6. Seated overhead ext. - working set: 85x14-7-2=23; I got 85 for 23 reps last time but the rest pause was 11-7-5 :think: not sure what to make of this.
7. Stretch - moved up to 35 for 60 secs today :head:..this felt easy too! Pump in upper body was looking sick at this point!
8. Pullups - warmed up on assisted (totally homo), working set: added 20lbs to my bw for 5-3-2=10; will stay at 20lbs till I reach 15 or so reps
9. BB rows - 95x10, 135x10, 165x10 (added this set in), 185x8 (up 2 reps :smite

, back off to 150x14 (will up to 155 next time)
10. Lat hang - bw+25 for 60 secs..drop weight and hang with bw for another 30 secs
I dug this workout for sure. Took 2 caps SLIN post w/o and eating 65g carbs/40g protein/16g fat
